I had booked ticket from Ahmedabad to pavti on dated 28.12.2024 at 18:16 and Rs.504.50 money deducted from my account but ticket not generated.

Kindly refund the amount. I already had send email to [protected]@gmail.com on 28.12.2024, 07.01.2025, 12.01.2025 & 13.01.2025 along with the screenshot of transaction even I called to helpline number [protected] & [protected] multiple times but noone received the call.. Worst service...

I travel in rsrtc bus on 6nov. at morning time from masuda to kekri and bus driver took extra 5rs from me and when I ask why you charge extra fare he say you have 2 luggage bags and he didn't mention this extra rupees in ticket. My bus number is RJ14PC5484 I hope you take a appropriate action...

I booked my ticket yesterday on rsrtc web portal of volvo
I was there on time
I waited for almost 2 hour and middle of it I called enquiry office several times
After all this time they say bus is not even completed its last schedule 11:40-4:40
Next schedule was 4:40-9:30 somthing
I was there on time
I am not wrong
I have to leave for my home
I just want my refund...

Rajasthan Roadways which runs from Chittor to Udaipur has a stoppage after Chittorgarh at Bhadesar intersection. The bus is not stopping there and has taken out the bus from the over bridge itself. Talk with passanger rudely and sometimes the conductor argu with passanger .In many times the conductor use phone standing in front of open door of moving bus and when a busstand got near the bus the conductor rudely shouting on passanger to hurry and argue.I hope you will solve this problem Thank you....

From Alwar to Bhiwadi round trip the correct toll amount that should be charge is suppose to be rs 127 but instead rs 192 is charged most of the time.
when we have raised the complaint the fastag provider we got the response vehicle not visited at the toll plaza that' why round trip is not counted.
we are sending the details of the trip on 01/03/2024 with photograps and fastag statement kindly look into the matter and resolve...

I booked a online ticket form Dausa to sawai madhopur but I get wrong information of bus details and didn't receive any contact number of driver and conductor. And when I went to the dausa RSRTC dipo inquiry the Inquiry man told that he was not take information about online ticketing. And the inquiry man behaviour was not good.
How i found the bus

I want this solution from RSRTC if I didn't get this solution I will...

Sir, i am a defence personnel and i have hyundai i20 register in 2012 at RTO Alwar and registration given and road tax paid for 15years. This year my car RC was blocked due to diesel vehicle not allowed in NCR after 10yrs. After that with available time during leave visited RTO for NOC for the same vehicle but RTO Alwar blocked my RC and not issuing NOC.
