As I requested to cancel the classes ( maths). And also close the lone. From 4 months they haven't processed the lone closure. For the EMI amount the grey guest is harrassing us for the EMI amount. I received a call from BYJU's counselor for a course for children for three years at the cost of Rs 55000/- (discounted due to CSR campaign of company). During counselling session, he told me that if for any reason I do not want to continue the course then I can cancel it anytime and if within 15days I will get 100% refund and after that upto 45days refund of 75% of money paid by me.
