I have been calling your Gas Ageny since last 2 weeks. The numbers available to me are +[protected] and +[protected]. The phone numbers are right but nobody is picking up the phone or it comes busy. I have been hurt (fractured ankle) so I can't come there personally. My customer number is 27481.

PLease book a cylinder and send to me asap. I've been living without gas for last 2 weeks.

Bijnor IndaneGas Agency — LPG not available at home

My gas connection no-153545. I booked LPG on 02 April 2011. But I have not recieved gas. I am sourceless and poor lady. Please help me.

My complaint is for my LPG distributor G.S.Enterprises,who is in habit of very late delivery of cylinders which is creating harassment to the consumers.The numbers which are given by them are of no use as no one picks the call or they put the receiver aside.someone pls help me what can be done in this regard?

I have been trying to book my gas, customer no.- A7960 from Sukh Dham Gas Service (Lawrence Road, Delhi) for the last three days. I have tried landline of the agency and IVRS also but gas has not been booked. Agency employees are so rude and arrogant, they don't listen to the telephone even though the bell is continuously ringing. I tried [protected] also but it has also rejected. I very much doubt that the gas agency is booking my number without my knowledge and selling it in the open market. I tried consumer service cell also, there i could listen only to stay on the line . For fifteen minutes i stayed on the line but no result. I am 78 years old person and I am tired to tackle all the sources to book my gas. Please help me and get my gas booked (A7960) and be delivered soon.

I, also, request to investigate into the mal practices of the gas agency employees.

I am a consumer of Indane LPG Domestic Gas Cylinder vide consumer No. MK2291 with your distributor Manokamna Indane Gas Service, Colonelgnj Gonda UP.
I have sent one complaint against above said dealer regarding above captioned subject on 20 may 2011. Based on my complaint. Mr. Neeraj Agarwal and the Manager Pankaj along with the owner of Manokamna Indane Gas Service will provide us the best service and on time delivery of cylinder etc. etc. but they did naot provide gas cylinder on time to time when i gone to the office they said i have no cylinder in my godown . after some time i have seen that a person who known as hocker carrying 10 cylinder in black. After that on each every occasion, I had complained to Mr. Neeraj Agarwal and Mr. Pankaj but they had not taken any action.

Hence, I request you to kindly take corrective action against the said leader and ensure us the smooth and timely delivery of cylinder.

While i am writing this complaint at 07.30am ...i am still trying to call on VERMA GAS AGENCY, Mandwali emergency nos. since there is a leakage in cylinder. but as usual the nos.are ringing unanswered.
If this is the case of EMERGENCY nos. wonder what is their call receiving status of normal calls.
Anywhich way it is extremly difficult to get through the nos. of VERMA GAS AGENCY, Mandwali which either are always busy or keep on ringing.
this time it took 35days for the cylinder to be delivered!!!

I DILIP SONI, IS A CONSUMER OF INDANE GAS.MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 10385 AND DISTRIBUTION NUMBER IS 169864.MY GAS CONNECTION HAS BEEN LOCKED FOR 5-6 MONTHS.ACCORDING TO AGENCY, IF GAS IS NOT CONSUMED FOR 3 MONTHS CONTINUOUSLY GAS CONNECTION IS LOCKED.I HAD ALSO SUBMITTED AFFIDAVIT (WITH REASONS) BEFORE MORE THAN 3 MONTHS THEN TOO MY GAS CONNECTION IS NOT CONNECTED YET NOW

My Gas connection No is: 23626 I was booking, the booking on is 18730 & anothe one is 52883 .Still I have not received. They told me come meet the manegar, how can i go there, still i am running cyber cafe. I am very busy, they are selling cylinders hottles.

Hello sir,

I am in Kerala, my Gas agency is Aiswarya gas services(16/440 A, Karuvelipady, kochi-5 Ph:[protected] I have booked for filled gas on 8th June Booking number 219397 through IVR system. The agencey told that it take 30 days to get the filled refil according to that we should get the refil on 7th or 8th July but we got the refill only at 11th July 2011. when we try to book for the cylinder they told that we can book the cylinder after 5 days. I want to know that is it the actual delay or they are (AgencY) malpracticing the filled cylinder we would like to know abt the actual fact and actual delay for the filled cylinder.
a kind of replay will be appreciated.
