Indane LPG - Domestic Gas Connection — Not getting the connection

I am working in transferrable job at Spice KCM, Gadowlia, Varanasi and I want LPG Indian domestic connection from the nearest agency at chowk, varanasi but they are not responding positively resulted in great problem for me.So tell me the detail procedure to get the same easily.

Indane LPG Gas, Nit Faridabad — Imposement of Facility

Hi,

I am a customer of Indane LP Gas, distributor named "Bindoo Gas Service" situated at Air Force Road, NIT Faridabad, Haryana. I lived at Parvatiya Colony. The distributor now declines to give the LP cyclinder from the godown situated at the same place where the office is (Air Force Road, NIT Faridabad). They distribute the cyclinders through their people whom loaded the cyclinders from the godown and then go to the places for different locality.

They charged around rupees 8 for this service. But this service is not optional. They have imposed this service on the customers. They ask to take the cyclinders from these people.

When I told them to write down that they will not give me the cyclinder from their godown they refuse to do so. However, they provide the cyclinder to some people from godown, may be their friends or some power-packed people.

The connection is in my father's name and the customer ID is K9200. If you want some more information then please contact me at the email written above.

I am resident of NH-2, Faridabad. My Indane Gas Ageny's Name is Prathna Enterprises. My consumer No. is 3280. This agency has phone nos.[protected], [protected]. I am trying these phone nos. from last one month at different times between 9 AM-5 PM. But I am regret to say that none picks up the numbers. I am trying these nos. 6-7 times/day from last month but none is picking up. Does that mean that everytime when we need to do gas booking, we need to go there personally ? It is highly incomfortable. I spoke to many people who have gas connection from same agency & they have the same complaint that none picks up the phone.I request to do something in this regard ASAP.

My gas booking no is 12522 resident add E-5/190, Gali no.10, 5th pusta, Near Hardan School, Soniya Vihar. I have to book a cylinder, as no one is picking up the phone.So kindly book a cylinder.Agency name is BOBY GAS AGENCY Kartarnagar Delhi-110094.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please confirm us if we want to book the new connection with Indane Gas agency should we need to buy new Gas cylinder from the agency. I have already one cylender and chulla. and I want a new one cylender.how can it possible.

Indane Gas, Mayur vihar phase 1 — Number always busy

This is regarding the phone number [protected] of mayur vihar phase 1. it is alwayz busy and if not busy no one will pick the phone.

you cant book gas through phone, you have to go there always to book the gas. It is not delivered on even after booking before 20 days.

Indian Oil / Bharat Gas — delivery of tampered and less lpg in refill

Dear Sir,
I received a refill from Jyoti gas agency in the month of march with broken security seal when I complained the dealer told me that they always break the seal to check the leakage in cylinder.When I used the refill it finished in 18 days, whereas my cylinder lasts for at least 60 to 70 days.When I called the agent he was rude and told me I should have complained then and should have got the weight checked.It sjhould be brought to the notice of the authorities that this agency never brings the weighing scale and if we inquire we are rudely told that this is not done.I called the indian oil people but the company has no desire to pay heed to customers.My consumer no is JG4498, and the agency that has cheated me is JYOTI GAS AGENCY in Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai.

No delivery of gas
i am a customer of Shri Krishna Gas Service Bawal Road, Rewari (Haryana). My consumer no. is- 31301 (Luxmi Devi w/o Sh. Bulla Ram Saini Vikas Nagar Kalaka Road, Near Sec-4, Bai Pass Rewari. i have been trying to get through their phone no.[protected] for quite a long time.1 problem is that they never pick up the phone. and if by chance they picked up the phone they are least bothered to listen to us and busy doing other work. we have called them up 4 times till now and the gas has not been delivered. please try to look at this matter. it has really troubled us a lot.

I totally agree with the above comments. The delivery man takes an additional 20 rupees for delivery without any shame, whereas in the delivery slip it explicitly mentions 'NO TIPS PLEASE'. Otherwise he fights. When my wife asked why this money, he says everybody gives it. We always have a fight regarding this. They DEMAND tips, not earn them!!

Indane Gas — regarding irregularity of delivery of cylinders

i have comlaint regarding irregularity of delivery of cylinders by indane agency of raichur district jung road . my gas no is 299 booked under name k md nawaz ali for which i regularly book with in 20 days .even if i follow to their instructions they wont be willing to deliver the customer in time . please take necessary actions against them.

Indane Gas Udaipur — Poor response for new connections

Sir I have applied a new gas connection in april 2008 in name of Mr. Abbaram S/o Umaramji residing of Agewa Village, Jaitaran, Pali Rajasthan. After around 3 months i have approached to your office through letter but your incharge refused to receive my request letter. Hence I have sent the same through registerd post on today 11th july 2008. I request to sent reply to my letter with proper reason of delay in given time of connection. waiting for ur good relply.

Indane Gas — Late supply of refill

I am a LPG customer with consumer no. 27889 at Shree Gas Agency Kota, Rajasthan. I booked my refill on 24.06.2008 and till today 21 days have been passed but refill has not been supplied. Inquiring from agency they replied that supply is delayed from oil company. It is pertinent to mention that after delivery next booking can be done only after 21 days and if the supply delays for more then 21 days, how a cylinder can run for such a long period. Immidiate attention of Oil company is required in this matter.

Indane Gas — poor service & extra money charges

service very poor & extra 50/- Rs. charges for home delivery, otherwise no delivery.

VIDYA SAGAR GAS AGENCY — NON SUPPLY OF GAS

I HAVE BOOKED THE GAS VIDE BOOKING NO. 293398 ON 01ST OF JULY 2008. MY GAS CONNECTION NO. IS 33536.

INSPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDERS, NO GAS HAS BEEN SUPPLY TO US. THEY ARE VERY IRREGULAR.

Indane Gas — Not receiving gas cylinder in given time.

I am a customer of Indane Gas(Consumer no:-32016A), after doing the booking, the cylinder is not being delivered in given time that is within 7 day as committed by them.My booking was done on the 9july '08, but till 19thjuly i have not received the Gas cylinder.

I have booked the Indane Gas Cylinder 10 days back through Prarthana Gas Agency, Nanganallur, Chennai. But I didnt received.
I have called them some 20 times. Their reply is we will make bring you tomorrow. My number is 30084. Please take necessary steps and sort the problem as soon as possible..

Indane Gas — SEAL IS OPENED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

Hi,
We have recently received gas from RAVEENA GAS SERIVCE, i was shocked that the cylinder was sealed in damaged condition. And we have weighted which is less than 2kg as compare with the normal weight. We complained against this issue to the respective service provider but there is no any proper reply. Kindly do the needful. As they are cheating the public also deficiency in service.

My cunsumer no - 3712. the complaint against the gas agences ( Shanti Indane ) palam colony new delhi.

I have never rece. the Gas selender home delevery from last two year. The agences pepole always destrebute the sylender at his Godown. I have complaint lot of time to IOC Area Incharge But no any responce from IOC side.

If the cunsumer will colect the sylender from the agences Godown him self. then why IOC take the servic himself and dismiss your area incharge and Agences.

If any responsible person in IOC, please go to the shanti indane Godown you will found bundale of booking sleep in the godown and no any home delivery are going on.

Late delivery of LPG filled cylinder

Dear Sir,

I, resident of house No. A1/52 Sultan Puri, Delhi-86 (consumer No.GT3185) is to bring to your kind notice that I had booked for delivery of filled LPG cylinder on 17.07.2008 in our area with goowill gas Service who is authorised distributer for Indane. But inspite of repeated reminders, the filled cylinder has not been delivered at my house. It would be grateful, if you would kindly look into the matter and make arrangement for early delivery of the cylinder. Further, it is also mentioned that the attitude and behaviour of the employees of goodwill gas service is not nice with the consumers, as it is a matter of public dealing you, are requested to issue necessary gudiance to the goodwill gas agency to amend their ways and behave properly with the consumers.
