IOCL — Late Delivary/ Ignorance

I am Jyothi Suresh, Consumer # 16669 customer of SB GAS Varkala( INDANE LPG dealer)
They have given 3 telephone numbers to book the cylinder refills.
Whenever I try to book the cylinder, all 3 numbers are continuously busy. Sometimes they don't even bother to pick-up & respond to the call. I was tried to compalint about the same with their Management/ Also i have been booked my refill on APRIL 16 2009 till waiting to get the delivary.
Your immediate action highly appreciated.

hi i am vinod kumar i submit my all documents for a new connection of my fathers name (Mahendra Singh) in the month of Sept 08, he said me at this time u will get your connection after diwali, but now till i did not get my connection i went many time at agency but they did not give me any satisfactory answer

dear sir i m a suscriber of Indane gas my suscriber no is D-19399 and agency name M/s Sri vishnu indane gas . kadugodi near F.C.I godown Bangalore. my address is #12, opp, anjaneya temple kampapura, yemlure post yemlure bangalore-37. I dont get door delivery facility in my area kampapura though a large no of subscriber of same gas agency staying here., but for getting cylinder we have to go 1 km far from our place we have to arrenge a person who carry empty cylinder on bike with us. they supply only on friday with no timings so we have to take halfday leave for that day sothat we can get a filled cylinder.
i want to attrect attention of Indane gas official to kindly direct M/s sri vishnu gas agency to supply at kempapura yemlur area.

request for refilling of gas cylinder was booked on 05.06.09 vide order no.820. Till date refilling has not been done. On previous cases also refilling was delayed . It seems the agency is not doing its work properly and indulging in selling the cylinders in black market. In view of the present central goverment coming into the power with assurance to do away with such practices.Such cases may pl be taken up seriously.

The Indane gs distributor Madhavi enterprises in Shaikpet Hyderabad is a cheat. 1)I always go and pick up the cylibder from there as they never deliver it on time and yet they charge in full (they are supposed to take Rs 8 less per cylinder for pick up)2) Indane had sent a letter for a second cylinder which I applied sometimes back and when I went to meet the dealer, the dealer simply locked his premise so that nobody can enter. Protests were of no avail, its his monopoly business.

aaj mene date 15/06/09 ko apni car me petrol bharvane indion oil co. ke petrol pump opp. pani ki tanki, kamla nagar, Agra me gaya waha per petrol machine par plain petrol likha thha jo ki @ 43.24 hai aur woh xtra premium petrol keh kar Rs. 45.74 me petrol sell kar raha thha. mene kaha ki customer ko kaise yakin hoga ki yeh petrol xtra premium hai. jabki machine per plain petrol likha hai . yani ki aap plain petrol ko xtra primeum keh kar sell kar rahe ho.

petrol pum ke staff ne mere sath durvyvahar kiya aur ap-shabd kahe, aur kaha ki petrol chahiye to aise hi milega warna aage se petrol kharid lo

please adhikariyon se nivedan hai ki ukt petrol pump per ho rahi dhandlebaji ko rok kar uchit karyawahi karne ki krapa karen jisse ki indian oil per customer ka atoot vishwas bana rahe.

I am a customer of Indane with Customer No. 31957 and have been registered with Ravi Gas Agency, Kakadeo, Kanpur. Since last 5 – 6 months, this Agency is harassing me a lot and not provide the Gas.

I have booked the Gas on 13th March 2009 but inspite of my regular / repeated requests, delivery is not made to my address upto 18th of April 2009. I have contacted them daily to get the cylinder, but every time same answer received “ cylinder will deliver tomorrow “. At last they have cancelled my booking as per their own wish. However, I have no other option left, but to book the gas again and got delivery from their delivery point.

Similarly I have booked Gas on 26th of May 2009, but same is not delivered till 15th June 2009. I have approached number of times to the Agency either on phone or personally and every time they are having same answer “will deliver tomorrow”. On 15th June 2009 also, instead of Gas I got the same answer “will deliver tomorrow”. On 12th June I have given a compliant letter to this Agency, but they have refused to accept / acknowledge it. Now no option is there in my front, but to try with another agency.

May I request to the I.O.C Officials to intervene on this matter and arrange immediately delivery of Gas, since Ravi Agency is not ready to provide proper service.

Indane Gas — Gas not Delivered since 04th April 2009

I am using Indane Gas since last April 2005 in Bijnor having gas connection no B-17287.Everytime Indane gas Bijnor city Dealer not Delivered gas at time & we have to followup continuously everyday for Gas cylinder.Lasttime I have Booked for cylinder on date 4th April & after everyday followup still I have not receivied gas.

Kindly note that since my brother Shri Narender Singh Consumer No.0037 got transferred his connection to the above cited agency in 2003 very shameful services are being given to us till date and no action ever been taken on our request we made on phone to the agency. When ever we tried to give our complaint to the agency no any receipt is given to us. They neither told us their E-mail address nor gave any assistance contact no. to lodge the complaint.

We are not only the family of area who are suffering for cooking cylinder but the entire consumers are facing the same problem from this agency. After a several request of people no improvement is seen so far.

Finally, being a Local Reporter from a press of Delhi, I would like to drawn your kind attention please that

1. Why DBC is not issued to my family as connection is old and lots of time have promised to give saying in next month.

2. Why cylinders are being delivered late to consumers every month?

3. Why E-mail is not being given to consumers to make correspondence with agency?

4. Why letters are not being taken by agency if requested personally?

5. Why half empty cylinders are being delivered to the consumers?

6. Why the hawkers not carrying their weighing machine with them while on duty?

Hope the officers from INDANE will look in to the matter soon and obliged to the entire consumer having concern with the said Agency.

Hi,

Iam Planning to keep the Gas cylinder outside the house, Can the Cylinder be kept in ground floor and used in II Floor.
If Yes would there be any wastage of the LPG Gas and also would the pressure be there to support it reach II Floor till the gas is emptied in the cylinder.

Kindly request you to answer my quries, so that that i can plan weel for the usage of the same.

SHAKTI GAS AGENCY, BHILAI, is harassing the public. In my case, even after repeated requests to the agency and its owner for months together, and also requests to Area Field Officer (Mr. Kashyap), have not yielded any result so far. The menace of abnormal delay on the part of SHAKTI GAS AGENCY, BHILAI continuous unabated. In my current case on hand, I had booked the gas on 10.06.2009 at their outlet vide their Ref no.2326 dated 10.06.2009. Now it is SEVENTEEN days, yet SHAKTI GAS AGENCY has not delivered the gas refill. as yet.

They have many problems. They do not attend customer phone calls, even repeated calls left unanswered. Whenever asked reason for abnormal delay, they falsely and shamelessly say that their men had gone home with the gas but the home was found locked. Long delayed gas often delivered with improper delivery receipt in order to coverup their abnormal delay. Sometimes our booked gas is delivered to others against our bookings arbitraily while we were left in waiting for weeks together, and later we were delivered with plain paper receipt with other wrong booking nos. and date etc.

WE STRONGLY CONDEMN THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE SHAKTI-GAS--AGENCY, BHILAI, AND URGE YOU TO TAKE STRONG & PROMPT ACTION AGAINST SHAKTI-GAS-AGENCY FOR THEIR ABNORMAL DELAYS AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE AS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND RECEIVING THE PHONE CALLS.
