[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

Dear Sir,

Earlier I had booked a refill cylinder with M/s.Karuna Gas Agency, 32, West High Court Road, Nagpur on 09/06/2009. The Booking/Waiting No. is 2279, and the dealer had told me that the cylinder would be deliverd within 8 Days. On the first reminder they told me that they will deliver it the next day, but till date they have not delivered it. Only yesterday they told us that they had sent the delivery vehicle at our residence but it was locked and that they will deliver it in another 5 to 7 days. The fact is nobody from the agency showed up yesterday at our residence.

So if, any body who is Authorised/responsible to do any justification regarding this matter, who could help me, would you please be kind enough to revert back.

today I am trying to reach Srinivasa Gas Agency in Hastinapur, Sagar Road, Hyderabad, for enquiring about the documents, other details to take new connections.

Since from morning 10AM, I am trying to reach them but they kept the phone busy till this point of time i.e. 4.54PM. I have never seen this sort of service in my 30 years of life. Why do they keep phones busy? if they are really busy they can go for additional phone connections to handle.

I felt very bad about it. I sincerely request you to improve the services to customers.

sonam gas agency(Indane) in patna city is not providing new gas connection from last one year. but i need new gas connection. so please do somthing in matter.

My Primary Complaint that I am a customer of Indane. My Consumer code is 4445965 and it falls under Freedom gass service Balram nagar Loni ghazibad I have booked the gas 20 days before at the counter. They said to delivere the gas after 1 week, but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of probelem, they are telling it will come today and tommarow but nothing happaning till date.

My Secondary Complaint that None of their phones are working and they don't bother to intimate the customer of any change in the phone numbers. You need to visit every time to book a cylinder and the attitude of the guys sitting there is like they are doing a great favour booking your connection and are very rude. If this attitude continues, then the days are not far when IOCL has to close its shop in this world of competition. I am trying to book a cylinder for the last 7 days but not able to book because of not geeting their phone lines and not getting through automated booking also. I don't have the courage and patience to talk to the rogues sitting in the agency. IOC officials are requested to give an ear to this complaint or lose the goodwill and business.

I am a consumer bearing the no.04433. I have booked a gas cylender on 03.07.09. at 10.30 am.Through Associate Indane Agency, Balasore. Of which was to be delivered on 07.07.09. but till date I have not yet recieved any cylinder and secondly I have tried to contact them over telephone but every time it shows engaged though they have only one phone. I have also visited there office for several times but not proper responce is been shown from them only you will get it. Sir, I am facing this type of problem since from 6 to 7 months. I hope you will consider my matter and take proper action so that no other consumer will be haressed to get the service.

Everytime we need to go by auto to that office. so we spend more 100Rs for auto fare.And also there are no manners to talk this agencies staff. I have been so many places in India. But I never seen like this. Its very Bad & there are so so poor service provide by this dealer.

I am a customer of indane gas agency, Ansal group, Vaishali nagar, Jaipur i had booked gas on 19 june 2009 last month and my current booking should be on 10th this month of July after 21 days .But now they say your booking will be on 17th July 2009.What happened to the rules ? Promises taken are meant to be broken.

Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .
My last gas booking date was 9th june 2009 and delivery was on 19th June 2009. Till date now its 14th July 2009 my gas booking has not being done . and When will my delivery date come.

I am costomer indane gass. When i was booking my gass. MY DISTRIBUTOR refused to booking my gass AND asked that "You can not booking gass before 21 days of supply the previosaly gass cyclinder" So please solve my problumbe And what is the rule of booking the gass as well as delivery of gass.

The gas booking number 20409 at attapur hyderabad, booked in the month of june, but not delivered after 25 days also, also we are not getting coneected the phone its always engage, when went to there personally, the phone kept engaged...

This is too much and there is no proper escaltion for this kind of issues.

i am a customer of Naresh kumar Gas Service Vasant kunj (Mehuhurli) New Delhi. My consumer no. is- 22597 (Naresh kumar H.No.263/9 Ward No.2 Mehuruli New Delhi - 30 I have been trying to get through their phone no. 26898953, 26134492, 26131153 for quite a long time.1 problem is that they never pick up the phone. and if by chance they picked up the phone they are least bothered to listen to us and busy doing other work. we have called them up 4 times till now and the gas has not been delivered. please try to look at this matter. it has really troubled us a lot.
