Dear sir,
The main purpose of writing the letter regarding complain against
Problems are:
1. Owners behaviour towards consumer is not good.
2. While connecting new connection they are forcing consumer to take Chula and pipe and
demanding Rs-4700.They are cutting the receipt in orginal rate.
3. When 2cylinder is demanded by old consumer then they are forcing them to give Rs-2500,
and here also they are cutting the receipt in orginal rate.
4.They are collecting card along with advance money, and they are delivering the cylinder after
15days.
5.The cyclinder delivered by the workers are not properly sealed and when workers are asked to
to weight then they deny to do so.
6. Owner is charging excess money for say Rs-38 from the consumer of kumda area which is
8k.m far from the locality and details of this charges are not shown in the reciept
Therefore, if this kind of activity prevails in town then it is totally injustic
with coal india workers.In this way, they are cheating to both goverment and
workers.Therefore, I request you to take strict action against such activity.

Indane Gas — COMPLAINT FOR INDANE GAS
This is to inform you that the lake town branch of Indian Gas, named Happy Home is harassing us for the past 3 months for the supply of gas.My wife is sick for the past few months and the owner of the branch has made it worse for us to get the gas supply.Our connection is in the name of Reena Buccha, Add:322, Block A, Lake Town Kol-89, (Flat No.10).Please look into the matter as early as possible and solve the problem.If you do not co-operate with your customers than it is worthless for us to continue with your connection.My mobile no. is [protected], [protected]
Radhe Indane Gas Agency — Late delivery of LPG & wrong answering from Agency
Ref.: My connection no. 5277With ref. to above sub., I had book Cylinder on 30/06/09 at Radhe Indane Gas Agency at Khanpur Branch.
Till date I’ve not get the Cylinder & I booked gas on telephone and when I remind them of non delivery after 10-12 Days, they reply me that delivery boy came to deliver the Cylinder but he told that party said there is no empty cylinder against new cylinder.
Today I call her, first she says delivery boy came to delivery the cylinder on 5th August’09 & I call bake after 10 -20 minutes she says that he came on 6th August’09.
I draw your kind attention that my home is locked & I instruct the agency when I book the cylinder that my neighbour collect the cylinder.
I just want to say that problem is not for this time or 02-03 times it is regular.
Kindly treat this matter most urgent & take some action.

Indane Gas — non refilling till 1 month
Dear Sir,Indane Gas, Barasat, Kolkata, Consumer No: TSV 6422
I have booked gas on 21.07.09, but till now not received the gas cyl. Phone call to the supplier again and again, but he told that - "today you have received the gas in the morning", till last 7 days.
Now what can i do as my 2nd cylinder is also end.
Please treat this as it is most urgent.

iam a customer of Indane gas having connection with Agnidwaj enterprises located in chintalmet, upparpally, Hyderabad.its become very big headache to me to book gas everytime.no body lifts the phone and always lines will be in engage.i dont understand why these people are sitting in the office if they are not at all taking care of there customers.i strongly recommend iocl authorrities to take civiar action on this type of agencies for good sevice.

I am Sunil and i am having 2 cylinder connections at KIRTI GAS AGENCY, Vejalpur.
When ever we call at the kirti gas agency, its always busy or if not busy they dont lift up the phone.After much trying the number we have to personally go and lodge the call.
Also they take more than 15 days to deliver the cylinder, and once the cylinder is received they take another 20 days before which you cant lodge new gas requests.
So it takes 30 days to receive the cylinder once the call is lodged.

The fact is the rule said by the Indane people that the booking wil be accepted only after 25 days of first cylinder delivery(incase of having 2 cylinders) But eventhough the booking made as mentioned the cylinders are still reaching home after 1 week later thatn the mentioned time.
While approaching the personnels are apologizing and repeating the same problem. And on the other end, in my home the delivery boys are supposed to ask bribe for delivery of Cylinder Rs.30/- though it s a area of city limit. On refusing to give bribe or reducing the money to 1/2 they are refusing to get it and not delivering to time. To my home, the last delivery made before 40 days and we are using Kerosene stove at present.We can't get the additionals Cylinders also.
Pudukkottai areas also giveing the additional Cylinders last months.
I'll be thankful if Anyone suggest me the good consumer gas agency other than Indane.

Indane Gas — Extreme pathetic service & RUDE behaviour
this is regards PRINCE ANWAR SHAH branch, Kolkatabooking done in 2nd week of July 09 .. haven't received the gos till 20th August'09
calling them up EVERYDAY 3-4 times since last 4 days ..
first 2-3 times they will act as if they are completely deaf and can't hear anything
last time when you shout at the top of your voice to make them hear .. they will say "call after sometime" .. when called after sometime they answer "it will reach your place today" .. and this is repeated everyday !!!
they are superbly rude in the way they interact .. is this the kind of service indane gas provides to consumers in such a competitive world!!! ..
extreme hopeless and ridiculous .. i m the last person on earth to recommend indane gas service to anyone !!
hope writing on this forum will help a little in improving the service of ppl in indane gas who think that they are gods and ONLY busy ppl on earth .. and rest everyone else is jobless to keep calling them for cylinders ..

i am a customer of vaisnawi gas Service Dhurwa (Ranchi) Jharkhand. My consumer no. is- VI- 17171(Geeta srivastava c/o- gupteshwar pandey, road no.-3, kalyanpur singh more, hatia ranchi) have been trying to get through their phone no. 26898953, 26134492, 26131153 for quite a long time.1 problem is that they never pick up the phone. and if by chance they picked up the phone they are least bothered to listen to us and busy doing other work.i booked my gas on[protected] and my booking no. is 7973. but after 22 days the agancy will not deliver the cylinder so wat will i do. whenever i will talk to agancy he assured me that my gas is deliver today tommorow but till date the agancy will not make delivery to my cylinder. i am facing several problem regarding this because without gas it cant be possible to make food or any thing. from last 22 days our family is depend on resturant for lunch and dinner. so please help me.

I am trying to book gas but nobody is responding...It always keeps in busy tone.Is there any timings to book the gas???I am facing this problem every month...need to call whole day just to book a single gas cylinder.
Indane Gas - Con No. R25867 — Non-delivery with bill
I received a refill on 29.6.09 in an auto booking of gas cylinder. Thereafter I received the refill on 20.8.09 (about two months later) instead of receiving on 29.7.09 from my supplier M/s Rajendra Gas Service, Ambabari, Jaipur. The deliveryman when come to my residence for delivery the cylinder, he denied to give bill for the refill and take back the cylinder with him. I have already made a complaint on toll free no. on 20.8.09 with complaint no. 19766 but nothing has been done as yet.Kindly suggest what should I do, as I have not been given the cylinder.

Indane Gas — Non delivering cylinder
DearSir, I am Satya Narayan Roy, Indane gas consumer, having number 13061.On 09/06/09 I had booked a cylinder with Kitchen Best, Bow Market, chittaranjan, burdwan, west Bengal. Still date the same is not delivered to me. when I went to agency to enquire about it, the staff says that they delivered on 25/06/9 by their delivered man "GANESH" and they have nothing to do about this matter.Therefore I have been
suffering non gas problem from those days . I have heartiest request to you that please take necessary action against above stated agency and solved my problem as soon as possible.

I am a consumer of Indane Gas, SONA ENTERPRISES, Vasant Kunj. I have booked my gas online because SONA ENT. always keep thier phones busy - I tried almost 60 times a days since last three days. Even they don't accept online booking.

I have booked a cylinder for my domestic gas connection against consumer no.VK14412 registered with M/S Vasant Kunj Gas Agency, Chhatarpur New Delhi, Ph No.[protected],[protected], on last Saturday morning i.e.[protected], but till today[protected] it has not been delivered provided several request on 05-08-09 and 07-08-09 in the morning at around 11.00 am and 4.30 pm.
After several conversation with Ms Usha, all the times she promised to deliver the refilled cylinder the same day but with no positive result. All most a week gone but all the time she is saying, "The cylinder must be delivered today." But it is a false promise.
Hence, I would like to request you to take necessary action against the Agency or the person assured with false promise/s.
