Indane Gas — Dealer Phone remains busy every time

Dear Sir

I am a customer of your Dealer in Sector 37 Noida. Every time we call for booking of Gas, we have to wait for at least half an hour. I have three numbers of this dealer and all remains busy every month. These numbers are[protected]/[protected]/[protected].
One other number [protected] is not working. Either there should be a seprate number only for booking or Employee should keep phones free.

Indane Gas — non delivery of cylindera

my name is k k keshri presently residing at khambha dist amreli gujarat.i have a gas connection in the balmukund gas agency situatede at shivaji chowk khambha. here double cylinder connection is not provided by the agency and when the cylinder gas end the agency make undue delay in dilivery (more than 10 days in every time). gas is the basic needs of the day so how i can manage without gas. please advice me accordingly.

I am a customer of indane with customer no 13308 and have been registed with AVERY GAS agency RAMESH PARK LAXMI NAGAR delhi (telephone No[protected]) . i am trying to book the gas since friday 24/01/2008. but no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy THIS HAPPEND ALWAYS THATS WHY I AM LOT OF TROUBLE DUE TO bad SERVICE OF INDANE

I am the customer of indane gas(Amrit entp. yamuna vihar delhi) having no.8563. I had booked the cylinder on 19th jan.2008 but i did not recived the cylinder till today. Also your distributor is not picking up the phone therefore i booked the gas again on 1260 having no. 82 today. Actually i need the cylinder very urgently because i have two families in my house. Please arrange for the cylinder at the earliest. I shall be very thankful to you.

Indane Gas — short delivery of Gas, overcharge

we are facing short delivery of gas cylender from MM Gas, Amritsar, they are charging more money on supply, every time the give an excuse that there is no supply from indane.

i had a talk with Mr. Vikas gupta, at Phone no. [protected] and talked about 8 min. but the conclusion was to change the gas agency, as he is helpless.

Indane Gas — Phones not responding

Sir,

Our consumer number is 7220. we stay in AIIMS APPTS, Mayur Vihar, Phase-I. i have been trying for the last 10 days to book a refil cylinder but both the numbers are continuously engaged. i have atleast dialed each number for 200 times but not getting thru. we being both working couple can't go personally to book the gas. kindly treat and the matter urgently and take serious action against these irresponsible people.

Indane Gas — Agency's phones are either busy or not received by them

I have made booking for LPG on 1260 at Avery Gas Agency, Ramesh Park, New Delhi. The agency does not recieve any call or is kept his phone busy.

Generally they do not deliver cylinder for 5-6 days. and whenever deliver cylinder is under weight and last only for 10 days in a 4 family members.

ZEN — Not Yet Booked my Gas cylinder

I am indane customer at Gayatri Gas Service, Bhajanpura Main Wazirabad Road...
Name Yasmeen and the number is GS-23456.
Its very far from my house so I always try to booked my cylinder on phone..
Agency have 2 landlines numbers. but when i tried to booked gas its disconnect rapidly.
and no dialtone was there....
some times bells ring in agency when i make a call, but they did not recive call.
and if we say to go there
they replied do hath hi hain na hamarey card order le ya phone hi sune
etc etc.
Please solve our problem

Indane Gas — Non receipt of timly Gas Cylinder

Dear Sir,

I have indane gas connection (Customer no. R-16359) with M/s Rajendra Gas Services, 58 Shopping Centre, Ambabari, Jaipur-302012, Rajasthan. I booked for a refill LPG cylinder with agency on[protected]Booking No. 109482) but inspite of more than 20 days time, I have not so far received refill cylinder from the agency due to which our faimily is under going extreme hardship. Kindly look into the matter for urgent delivery of the gas cylineder to us.

Indane Gas, Yadu Gas, Sahibabad — lesser LPG in cylinders

we have shifted from delhi to vaishali..and it is observed that the gas cylinders procured(refilled from yadu indane gas in sahibabad, gaziabd, UP run 30-40% lesser than earlier gas refilling when we were getting it refilled in delhi..and similar are the complaints of other residents in our society who get their cylinders refilled from Yadu gas in sahibabad, plz check it out for some problem at their end...as they are surely involved in nefarious / illegal activities.

Hello,

I am Kumar and i am having 2 cylinder connections at KIRTI GAS AGENCY,Vejalpur.

When ever we call at the kirti gas agency ,its always busy or if not busy they dont lift up the phone.After much trying the number we have to personally go and lodge the call.

Also they take 15 days to deliver the cylinder ,and once the cylinder is received they take another 10 days before which you cant lodge new gas requests.

So it takes 25 days to receive the cylinder once the call is lodged.

At first no response no pickup phone at the booking time. I booked my gas cylinder on the spot before one week with Paradise Enterprises, 2727, Sher Afgan, Baradari, Ballimaran, Chandni Chowk, Delhi – 110006 at that the lady present there said that the cylinder will be delivered within 5 or 7 days but no response till 8-10 days, this procedure continued every month. I am not only there are many customers to face this problem.

I agree with u 200 %.We recently are also facing the same problem for dec 2008 and issue was handled the same way here as u mentioned in chennai as well.
I guess the authorities have no concern to human lives,unless a major accident occurs in their own house.
Their inaction and ways of slipping from responsibilty makes us wonder whether they need to be paid for their job.

I am residing at Budh Vihar-Phase-I, Delhi-86. My Service Center is 21-B, Poothkala, Rithala Mod, Delhi-110041. Last Two days i call contineously Shell Gas Service but there is no response. The two telephone nos. is 25478577, 25189666. But both nos. is not responding. I don't know why. Now please suggest me, the booking of my cylinder. Pls suggest me as early as possible.

Sir,
At first no response no pickup phone at the booking time. I booked my gas cylinder on the spot on 24.1.08 with Sondhi Gas Agency at that they said that the cylinder will be delivered within 5 or 7 days but no response till date. After that i have contacted them through phone and personally. They demanded Rs. 100/- for delivering cylinder and also informed that they sold @ Rs. 450/- per cylinder black market. I am not only there are many customers to face this problem. I spent @ Rs. 100/- per day for lunch & dinner. I have no other option to move to the Consumer court against the above said agency, if you are taking suitable action against the agency.

I request you that please solve my problem immediately.

Indane Gas Connection No.ak - 12945 — my connection is misplaced

Dear Sir,

My Indane Gas Connection No.AK-12945 with M/s. A.K.P. Gas Service, Shop No.4, J.Road, Mahanagar Extension, Lucknow which was issued on 05.07.2000 in my name i.e. Kailash Singh, is misplaced somewhere as told by the company as I have not taken gas for some time due to my momestic problems. I very humbly request you to kindly advise my gas agent to revalidate the said connection in my name because I am facing problems in getting gas cylinder.

I agree and also the service of Yadu is very poor the consumers are harrassed regularly by these distributors
