My gas booking no is 8183 resident add B-101 HArswroop colony Fateh pur Beri New Delhi 74.I have to book a cylinder, as no one is picking up the phone.So kindly book a cylinder.Agency name is Vasant Kung AGENCY Vasant Kung .

Last month, I had transfered my conneciton from up to gurgaon - Haryana, and booked two cyllinder with M/S Raghu gas agency, Ram Nagar - Gurgaon -Haryana . My consumer number is R38937 . Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me for delivery, when i went to the agency the staff including his boss comment to me today we are delivering to your address and several time he told to me but today is gone one month i have not Recvd. my delivery

Indane Gas — Black Marketing of Gas cylinders

Sir,
their is a lot of inconsistency in the delivery of cylinders.
Gas Agency : GEMINI ENTERPRISES, NAJAFGARH, NEW DELHI-110043
CODE : 9107193
Always they are keep on telling us their is shortage
of supply, we can not do anything.
They are doing the Blackmarketing of nearly 300 cylinders per day.
They also taken out the gas(nearly 4 K.g.) from the home delivery cylinders.
Please take some strict actions against this, otherwise people will take the violent action them.

LPG Gas — Non receipt of timly Gas Cylinder

I have indane gas connection (Customer no. R-22258) with M/s Rajendra Gas Services, 58 Shopping Centre, Ambabari, Jaipur-302012, Rajasthan. I booked LPG cylinder with agency on 20-may-2008. booking person told me cylinder will deliver after 7day from booking date, and i have gone 3-4 time your office but cylinder not delivered yet,

i received my last gas cylinder on the 23 of May 2008--we started using it on the 27th of May--and today the gas is over! at a very minimum our cylinders last a month as we are a two member household and there is not much cooking etc done.

Very clearly, the gas agency is supplying half filled cylinders.

I would like to know what action I can take against Indane and this agency. Is there a government consumer protection agency? It's pointless to complain without taking some action. It's an absolute disgrace that an old reputed company such as indian oil shows no concern for customers and allows fraud to go on in this manner. according to this board, there are 383 complaints against this company right now.

Very clearly, the gas agency is supplying half filled cylinders. I would like to know if there is a government agency for consumer protection. It's pointless to complain unless there is someone listening! and someone who will take action against these frauds. I have very low expectations of integrity and honesty from most Indian companies but it's an absolute disgrace that an old reputed company such as Indian Oil shows no concern for customer and allows fraud to go on in this manner.

I am victim of Indane Gas with consumer No.5211. I get the gas through Gurudatta Agencies, Vasavi Colony, LB Nagar, Hyderabad. I am trying to book the gas from last 20 days but in vain. The numbers that were given by them[protected] and[protected] were always busy and if by chance we get them they either cut the line or does not lift. This is not the first time but i am sufferer for last few years. Their attitude is best known to them and god alone can help us.
I hope somebody takes care of this email and respond on the issue.

Indane Gas — Non delivery of gas cylinder even after 15 days

I am customer no.25603 with the Indane agency M/s Shiv shakti Gas Services, Udaipur (Rajasthan). I had booked a cylinder on 28/05/08 vide booking no.6977.The cylinder is not yet delivered to us. I am following up with the agency since last four days & getting a reply that the cylinder will be delivered today or tommorrow.This attidude is very casual & painful.

While receiving the cylinder, feeling less weight. Gas theft is being done during transport from gas company to consumer. To avoid that, a weighing machine may be given to the delivery boy and check the weight before the customer receive the cylinder. It is most urgent and necessary steps may be taken immediately

Indane Gas — Dealer not issue the gas connection without tube purchase ( he pressurise for purchasing of tube which cost is 180 RS.)

Indane Gas — Unable to book another Indane Gas connection

I am unable to book 1 additional gas for me even after having the connection or almost 2 years, every time I go and visit the Indane Gas outlet, they request me to come in the next month to apply for the connection. So, for the past 24 months I am going to the Gas agency every month and they give the same reply, I am not so rich to bribe eveybody to get an extra connection, currently if a gas cylinder is exhausted, I have to wait for 1 week to get another gas and I have to live without gas for 1 week. Is Indane gas otherwise called as Bribery hub? if not, they should have considered providing me a extra gas to manage my problem or provide me the gas cylinder after its finished. I know this compliant will not even be looked by Indane gas as they are not bothered even if they are renamed as Bribery hub or a worst name then that, but this compliant is to vent out my anger on these stupid companies.

Indane Gas — REFUSED FOR HELP IN EMERGENCY!!!!!!

Dear Sir,
My mother today recieved a lpg gas cylinder of Indane company. By evening 7 it started to leak tremendously.Gas filled up in the entire flat. Then moment I realised I rushed to place it outside in the balcony.
Though it was not the end. When I gave a call in emergency to the Ghaziabad gas service(d 28, sec 17, kavinagar industrial area)
to mr sukhvir sharma ph no [protected]. he told me to put the cylinder on the road. I was surprised with this treatment. When I said there is no security of the cylinder on road at night, he further said then I can not help out of this.In responce I said to complain the matter to police. He said ok do it.
So tell me if this the treatment from the agency. Who will be responsible in time of a tragedy? no one know it.

Indane Gas — daily returning back from booking center by getting no gas

from last 3 days daily i m going to indane gas agency to refil my cylinder which was booked on 12-06-08 and delivery date was 23-06-08 and they are having the same answer we dont have gas

My Gas consume no : 50155 residing at padma rao Nagar and agency is A.P.State Civil Supplies which is at Baghligampally(Nallakunta). Iam trying to reach for the emergency no's 27801123 and 24576261 for Gas Leakage but no response. When there is no response for emergency itself waht can we expect for normal services? More over my problem is still pending.
