i have my gas connection in the Flame Centre, Indane gas, South Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008. my consumer number is 27829. i am transferred from Shimla, Himachal Pradesh to New Delhi and have been given connection on dated 19.4.2008 but by 23.4.08 (10.00 a.m.) I have not been supplied cylinders (two). As mine is a transferred case cylinders should be issued immediately. Asking on telephone time and again I got the answer from the officials of Indane gas that stock of cylinders is not available and soon you will be provided the cylinders. Is it right or not? Please take it a urgent case as I am in a dire necessity in new station.

Indane Gas — non-issue of cylinders

I am an indane gas consumer(Name:Ramdayal, consumer no. TG463). My gas agency Name is M/S Trimurti Gas Service, Shop No: 31, J-Block, local shopping centre vikas puri New Delhi-110018. Ph.no:285473 & 28544262.My complaint is that i am a consumer of this Agency since 1995. Yesterday when i tried to book my gas cylinder there, i was told that gas agency has been closed forever and our account is transferred to M/S Prabhat gas service B-1 Block Janak Puri while we were not informed officially or unofficially in this regard. Even we were not given the phone no. of prabhat gas agency. We collected the phone no. from MTNL directory and when we requested them to book our gas the person asked us to submit original document of gas and an ID proof for the booking. When we said that we were not informed and are not prepared to submit the papers today and need at least 15-20 days time for that till then please book our gas. he refused to book the gas cylinder without papers and said there was a notice on that shop in this regard.
Now my problem is that upto 26 February 2008 (when we last booked our gas) we had been dealing at phone with that agency .we have never visited personaly so how we will know about any notice, we will try and submit the documents as soon as possible but till then ask them to book our gas and serve us.
i am hoping for a quick response from you.

Indane Gas — delay in DBC connection
Dear Sir/Madam,Please be informed that the DBC (double cylinder) gas connection has been booked in February 2006. We have not yet got the connection yet.
Since we both are working it is difficult to manage with the single cylinder.
How many years we need to await for the connections? The agency supplying doesn't have any answer to this.

Indane Gas — Monopolistic practices
i dont know whether you can help me i any case or not, but still as a consumer i feel i must raise my voice in some forum. I am a resident of Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad. From last one month, Contact number for gas booking is not working, with my Agencies of indane, Bharat Bhushan Gas Services, but no one is there to resolve the issue. Contact number of the Field Officer is not given on the notice bord/ the number that is given is not in use. as a customer my son have been declined with a new connection. and i am suffering like many more. today i went and took the cylender from the agency, this was to be delievered to me on 16 april. the slip of dispatch was cut on that day but the cylender was not delievered to me till today 25 april. i am pissed of with the kind of practice they are following but i do not have any alternative...just hoping through this forum that someone would listen to me and many others will get some relief, from such practices. errant staff, never bother to respond over telephone.fails to provide feedback forms, or complaints book.
Gayatri gas agency, Bhajanpura, Delhi-53, has errant, illitrate staff.i can bet if they receive your booking over telephone.it will be busy any way.they do not know what is feedback form.neither they will provide complaint book.
I am a customer no. 19880 operating though Blue Star, Hindmotor, Hooghly, West Bengal. When I am making a call allways getting busy tone, when there will be ringing no one will pick up the phone. This is the System of Service. It is not practicable to go Physically and book for Gas. This is a very backward system of gas booking in Indian Oil.
Indane Gas — delay in treansfer
My father aged 81 years having shifted from Baruipur, Kolkata-700-144 to 87/16, Bosepukur Road, Kolkata-700-042 applied for transfer of consumership(consumer no. 0260) from Baruipur Gas Service, Kulpi Road, Kolkata-700-144 to Golden Flame, Ballygunge, Kolkata on 18.04.2008 and have attended thrice and I have attended twice but on the plea of non availability of stationery and others till date they have not done the same .My parents being agenarian are running on street side fast food without gas service and and my father is a patient of preesure and bloodsugar and requires controlled dietbut I dont know who will be responsible for any mishap.Pl look into the matter.Regards.Roop Gas Agency (Indane Gas) — Never Picking up the phone Or Phone is not working

The Telephone numbers of the above gas agency i.e 22611839, 22619581 and 22616375 are either not working or the office staff are not receiving the calls made by the customers For booking of Gas Cylinder. I am getting Gas Supply from "Saieesh Enterprises", 23-226, RK Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad - 500047. From the last 5-6 months whenever I am trying to book through Phone, getting message that Number is busy, by luck if it connects, then they were not attend the call. After booking also I am getting gas after 12-15 days only. Previously I made a complaint through ur official website. But there is no response. Really iam feeling VERY BAD about ur INDANE Gas Agency Service. If it continues like this... I will give excellent free publicity to the Public who is known or unknown about INDANE GAS. It may not effect ur business, but i do as well as i can... through Media(being a Media Person).
Recently i booked Gas on[protected], they said "within 10 days u will get it" and gave me a Ref.No.12133. I have waited until[protected], the 10th day and made a call by 11 AM. Again they said "it will take 2 more days". I have asked "then why did u say 10 days", replied... It will take 2 more days sir... and put off the phone. Tell me, i[censored] r in the same place "How do you feel"? Please think in that way... i[censored] r unable to solve the problem, give me the permission to take a "Spare Cylinder(Double-2nd Cylinder) on my existing connection".
I am really disappointed due to this consumer service of "Saieesh Enterprises" Gas Agency of Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. You are requested to kindly look into this & do the needful at the earliest.

Indane - Nirmal Gas Agency — DELIVERY OF CYLINDER IN EXCESS AMT. TO OTHERS
i BOOKED vide My. Sr.No.44013 on[protected] days after delivery of my first cylinder. My gas cyn.arrived on 30-4-08 as per their receipt at my residence. Due to Emergency I had to rush to Doctor in morning of 30th on arrival at 11.30 I was told by neighbours that the gas delivery boy had just left. I rang up Nirmal gas Ag.Who informed me he would come back by evening. No coming back. 30th evening, 1st morning, 1st evening, 2nd morning kept on informing of non delivery of gas. To my suprise the Agency is inquiring from ME how it is notdelivered. Later I got to know that my cylinder is sold in black money and I would receive the cylinder today i.e.2-5-08. NOW by this time am told the truck has not arrived and will get gas once the truck arrives.Kindly take STRICK necessary action and solve my problem as I am having both cylinder empty and using my in-laws cyinder which I got to replace as I am already running shortage.indane gas domestic cylinder — non booking of gas cylinder telephonically

have my gas connection in the Prem Gas Services, Indane gas, Hoshiarpur. my consumer number is PSGA 6038. i am transferred from Hoshiarpur, to Nalagarh Himachal Pradesh I have deposit my two cylinder and regulator. But when i ask to M/s HPSCSC indane gas service dealer at Nalagarh They ask me that you can get the cylinder after two weeks. I am new one to this place, Now with family in this new place without gas How can we survive.My number is [protected] so you are requested to look into the matter.

I want to complain against my mohan garden gas agency area of ramflame, there is very bad service of cylinder, they take many days around 20-25 days to deliver the LPG gas cylinder to our home, and they also do black marketing of gas cylinder to other people, we are very unhappy taking this problem, please do something against it...
Indane Gas - - Vir Agency — Poor CustomerService
Dear Sir,This is siva satheesh residing in west mambalam.I have aplied for New connection in VIR GAS AGENCY on 5th January 2008.
I have been following them for past 5 months. But no proper response from them.
They are forcing me to buy a new gas stove( green Label) from them.But i had already bought a pigeom ISI gas stove which was inspected from them ( VIR agency) and certified as good working condition.
I can even buy a new gas stove from them if the rule says that it is must to have indane gas stove. Is it compulsary to have a green lable service to get new connection or it is as trade from
gas agency? I need a clarity on this sir.
No one is responding properly from VIR gas agency. I have been visited them more than 30 times.
They have treated me very badly. Now i am wondering this is the fate for all indian who are paying
a tax regularly like me.
I need a answer for my 5 months hardship and timespent to visit VIR AGENCY.

I have been trying to new connection for last 1 and of month at KALPANA AGENCY Agency, KUKATPALLY, HYDERABAD, but the clerks are behaving very rudely and not giving proper answer, simply thay say come after 15 days, 1 month, when I go another time, they say the same.she behaves very rudely, so, I requested for her manager contact number for which she gave her desk number and she is playing politics.I am in doubt might be she is selling connections in block market.Please verify, how many requests are there for new connections which are in pending and either she issui ng connections in sequence customer registrations are she selling blcok market, why she is not recording when a person ask for new connection instead of asking to come after some time.
I am very greatful if some one takes action on this agency.

Indane Gas — Not getting New connection
I have shifted to Dwarka and it has been approx 4 months. Trying to get new connection for Indane Gas but not getting. Sometime Gas agency member in Dwarka say call after 2 days and after that they say its closed.Indane Gas — Not Receiving Gas Yet
I have booked my Indane Gas cylinder on 13-05-08 on BANAJARA GAS SERVICES in Yousufguda, Hyderabad. but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of probelem, The Gas Agency is released my gas in before 7 days but the delivery boy (Naresh-[protected]) not submit my gas before 15 days. it is not first time.
