Indane Gas Service — their phones always busy, unable to book a cylinder

I work in one Engg. college, bhuvanagiri. I stay at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad. I have problems in making booking of gas cylinder with my gas agency, Gurudatta Indane gas services,hyderabad over phone as their telephone numbers are always hang up. I am unable to book in person as my working hours are from 9.00 am to 4.20 pm on all days(except Sundays) and by the time I reach home on week days is 6.30 pm.
I kindly request the matter to be looked into and make arrange ments for me to book cylinder with my agency over phone or request them to take orders by email providing me their email address. I have one more suggestion, they can create a website and make their customers to book gas cylinder online.

Indane Gas — Refill Gas not received till today

I have connections of Indane Gas and my agency is Trimurti Gas Agency at Vikash Puri, Delhi with consumer no. 10859.

I had booked the refill on 22/01/2008 respectively . Its almost 22 days now but i haven't received any refil Cylinder.

Kindly look into the matter urgently.

Indane Gas — Gas booking not taken by Surya Gas Services

Sir, I am having Indane connection since 1996. When I was in saibaba colony, i got the supplies from Vijay Gas. Now I have my own house and shifted to GN Mills. Three months before i shifted the connection to Suryaa Gas Services. When i shifted itself i submitted the NOC obtained from CBE Tashilar North, that was with Vijay Gas. The copy of the same was submitted to Suryaa Gas. after 3 months, now i am trying to book a gas, they are not accepting the booking. My parents are living in Pollachi and i have my name in the ration card there. Here i am living alone. The family card will not be given for the individual. What should I do?. I am using your gas Since 12 years and i got this by paying Rs. 8000/- .Why are putting such a long customer in trouble. I am using only 4 - 5 cylinders per year. whenever my parents are here i am consuimg in average. Otherwise each cylinder will be consumed almost for 4 -5 months. My requirement is around 4 cylinders per year. In this scenario, why are you not understanding the customer requirements. I have my residence proof, the house is my own, telephone bill, pan card, passport etc. EB connection. What else you need as a proof. What should i do to get the gas. at any time my gas cylinder will be get exhaust. I request you to go through my complaint immediately. Hope you will do the needful. Thank you. Indane Gas — Maligning of GoodwIll

Dear Sir,
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with MALLICK BROTHERS, DR. PROSAD DAS MALLICK ROAD, HOOGHLY -712103 (WEST BENGAL
) and my consumer number is 13106. I have booked for a refile on 1st February 2008 over phone and the subseqent booking number alloted to me was 372. Although I took a delivery of a new refill a fortnight ago (of 1st February 2008) but I as not allowed to book for a new refill untill 1st February 2008. I am SENIOR CITIZEN and I have to cater for all the household needs myself as my siblings stay out of station for their proffessional and academic interests. There was a function in my house and so I requested them a lot for an early delivery of a fresh refill bt to of no avail.Even I as not allowed to book for a new refill untill 1st February 2008.My function was on 14th of this month and i did not receive any refill pack till date although i do have a double cylinder connection.. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Every now and then they change their system of booking and delivery without any prior intimation thereby paying no attention towards the interests of the consumers. I feel proud to be an Indian but feel very ashamed of the type of service rendered by your dealer(s) who not only harrass your consumers with or without bad intentions but also play a cheap role in malignating your goodwill and reputation . Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the thing which not only happened with me but for all MALLICK BROTHERS, DR. PROSAD DAS MALLICK ROAD, HOOGHLY -712103 (WEST BENGAL) consumers.
I HAVE A DOUBLE CYLINDER CONNECTION AND I REQUIRE ATLEAST ONE FULL REFILL PACK IN EVERY 22 DAYS. PLEASE ADVICE ME ACCORDINGLY.
I WUD BE HIGHLY OBLIGED IF YOU TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION WITHIN TWO DAYS STARTING FROM[protected]. FAILING WHICH I HAVE TO TAKE THE SHELTER OF LAW SUPPORTED BY THE MEDIA.

Gas Leakage From Yesterday

Indane Gas — delivery of refill cylinder

I VEDPRAKASH my connection no is AE 27967 from amrit enterprises yamuna vihar .I book for refill on15 feb by your ivrs 1260 but i can get my refill till now . his both phones always engage .he book the refill on the ragiter and said delivey of refill after ten days .kindly do the needful so that we get their refill on time

The GOODWILL GAS SERVICE (P-31,Krishan Vihar, Dehli-41).
it's very poor service provide for customer's. Please see some customer problum:-
1. POOR SERVICE.
2. BAD SERVICE.
3. GAS IS NOT SUPPLIED.
4. GAS BOOKINK AFTER 25 DAY'S.
5. MISS- BEHAVIUR OF CUSTOMER'S.

Indane Gas — I had booked gas on 11 Feb 2008 but gas not reached till today.

I m a consumer of SONA ENERPRISES Gas Agency, A/72/2 MASOOD PUR, New Delhi-110 030 with a Consumer No.VK 16718. The Telephone No(s). printed on Gas Delivery Slip are 26136251, 26897455. But I m sorry to say that all the phones are found busy evry time I dial the numbers.

I had booked gas through centerlised number 1260 on 11 Feb. 2008 12 O' Clock booking number also 31 but gas not reached my home till today i have no other option to request through you kindly suggest gas agency to send me gas immidietely because 2nd cylinder also going to be empty. And also suggest the any alternat option also provide so that consumer can book his gas easyly.

The cylinder has not yet been delivered. whenever I personally approach, it is assured that the cylinder will be deivered today itself. But the cylinder has not yet been delivered. This gas agency is the worst in services I have ever seen.

I would recommend Indian Oil to remove such agents and distributors from their Supply Chain network.

I have Two cylinders under DBC from Indane and this facility is given by the Gas Company so that consumer shall not be run out of gas at any time if one cylinder is finished you can use the other cylinder which in any Indian house works on an average 30-40 days. So that by the time you get the delivery of the cylinder you would have almost finished the gas in the other cylinder.

But having two cylinder has no means to this Agency they go by their own and say that booking cannot be taken before 21 days.

We agree to that but then they shall send the dispatch in time. When we book cylinder after 21 days of the previous booking they will not send the new cylinder till next 20 days and then you have to remind them and to digest their answer you have to really laugh for atleast an hour ( Sir, the delivery boy was on leave.!! so the agency was closed for 16 days.)

And they are also not stopping their delivery boys to ask for extra money each time they come they will ask 10-15 Rs. and when you complain they will say (Sir, if you want to give give else don't give.....

They should be stripped off their agency thats it.

Looking forward to hear from the Company on this.

My Primary Complaint that I am a customer of Indane. My Consumer code is 21931 and it falls under Parul Gas Service, Burari, Delhi[protected],[protected] .
I have booked the gas 20 days before at the counter. They said to delivere the gas after 1 week, but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of probelem,they are telling it will come today and tommarow but nothing happaning till date.

My Secondary Complaint that None of their phones are working and they don't bother to intimate the customer of any change in the phone numbers. You need to visit every time to book a cylinder and the attitude of the guys sitting there is like they are doing a great favour booking your connection and are very rude. If this attitude continues, then the days are not far when IOCL has to close its shop in this world of competition. I am trying to book a cylinder for the last 7 days but not able to book because of not geeting their phone lines and not getting through automated booking also. I don't have the courage and patience to talk to the rogues sitting in the agency. IOC officials are requested to give an ear to this complaint or lose the goodwill and business.
Kindly intervene into the matter and help me

Indane Gas — Non response and suspected malpractice

The Consumer No. is 28925 and the account is with M/s Nataraja Enterprises, Yelahanka, Bangalore 64. From past 2 months, The minimum time taken to deliver the gas after booking is 25 days. It takes minimum 30 to 40 redials to contact the agency and after that it is a very rude replies and vague answers. I strongly suspect the gas cylinders are misused by the employees (delivering it to commercial establishments).

Indane Gas — increased corruption making booking of LPG cylinder difficult & impossible

There is no redressal on the Greviances which has arisen due to repeated avaoidance by the Gurgaon Gas Agency in booking the cylender of the complainant as their telephone numbers are always hang up and by-chance the call is received by the agency, the same is disconnected without giving the details of booking number etc. the connection number with the agency is 709-X ,

All the problem and shortage is for the consumer, who want the gas cylender by booking, but not for the agency which sells the cylender in the open-market at high price.

It is requested that the matter may kindly be looked into and make arrange ments to book cylinder with my agency over phone or request them to take orders by email providing me their email address. I have one more suggestion, they can create a website and make their customers to book gas cylinder online.

Indane Gas — Gas not booked

Dear sir,

I have visited five time in last four days to book my gas connection no.18103 with Meerut Gas Service Meerut. The person who is booking the gas, has refused to book my gas connection without any basis. His contention is that gas will be booked after 21days of last delivery and he has inform me that indian oil has instructed us to book on this basis. So if you have any greivance, Please go to indian oil. Don't come to us. I was so surprise to see that this is a custmor service of Indian oil corporation, who claims that they are the best.
In this regard, you are requested that copy of instruction/notification issued by the indian oil corporation to their dealer regarding booking of gas may be provided.

Indane Gas Not Recv After 21days — i have booked after 21 day but Agency again 10days later i will get

Kindly note that my customer number is 3052 and my distributor is indane gaslinks new no390 old no 240 poonthamalai aminjikarai chennai-600028. I would like to inform you that the
indane gaslinks used to supply the Gas cylinder which is already finished.i have booked after 21 day but Agency saw that we will distrute after 10days only .Kindly note that recently they supply the cylinder which was already finished.

I am Asst.manager in sbi bank i'm always afraid with my old cylender which may bluest at any moment. So take necessary action immediately so that they do not supply any old cylinder any more in future. Your immediate action would be highly appreciated.

Indane Gas — Agency giving connection only when we purchased Gas stove from there otherwise not

i want to take new indane gas connection from R K Avenue Agency , Nawal Kishore Road Patna, Bihar.
But owner of that agency told that i will give you connectionbut u have to purchased a gas stove from my store. I have already purchased a gas stove from market . He is not giving connection without gas stove.
