Domestic gas connection — Issue of second cylinder

Sir,
I am the customer of Dhamdhere Gas agency, Pune.
I have a single cylender gas connection.
I want second cylender, but agency asking me to come after 2 months every time from last ten months.
I think they are doing it deleberately. Is there is any rule to disclose on notice board the availability of second cylender. If yes and they are not doing the same , where complaint to be lodge.
Advise me suitably.

His reply was same.
Last two days I am trying to call him but nobody pick up the phone.And that's why I have to lodge my complaint here.
Please look into this matter seriously and do the needful.

Indane Gas — Waiting for Gas from last 10 days

Hello SirMadam,

I have Gas connection in Blue flame Agency (Sector-13, plot-10, koper khairane, Navi Mumbai). I have booked my Gas 11days before and from that day to till now I am waiting for my Gas. I have called them more than 20times and every day they are giving me so many excuse like it will get deliver today or address couldn’t find etc... I can't believe on these excuses because they have delivered the Gas so many time on the same address. I have lost all my hope to get same because they are not giving the gas hand to hand so, kindly request you to please help me in this regard.

Indane LPG — No response through telephone

I am consumer of Indane LPG of M/s Satya Sai Gas service, Kanpur U.P.. My consumer no. is 20578. Since Dec-2007 the dealer has deprived of booking of LPG over telephone. It is much difficult for me to visit personally there for booking of the same. When I asked them they did not respond in proper manner.
Thus you are requested to help us in this regard and help me for the booking.

I am the customer bearing the No: 43198, we have this connection from last 25 odd years and now we are operating the account through Gurudatta Gas Agencies, Malakpet, Hyderabad.
First thing is they keep the phone lines busy and dont respond, and when my wife went to their office to book the gas personally, there was an old person sitting at the booking counter and he is least bothered in answering to her queries properly, he was very rude to her and harshly answering to the questions asked by anyone, i strongly suggest you to either terminate him from services or punish him in such a way that he will not repeat this with any one, try to send him to a Phychiatrist for counselling, they need to be counseled properly. We didnt appraoch them for any favour, they are sitting there to give service to people and if they are not able to do it properly then ask them to leave the job so that atleast unemployed youth will get employment and he will do it with dedication.
Please take action and acknowledge the mail or forcibly i will have to lounge a police complaint against him for the misbehaviour with my wife.

I am Roshan having gad connection of Indane Gas vide Customer Number 06998 in the agncy of M/s. Omkar Indane, Sardarnagar.

We have several compliants agianst this agency:

1. They are not attending telephone calls being made for gas-booking.

2. We have booked a cylinder on 17th March 2008 which is not recived till date i.e. 1st April 2008.

Indane Gas Consumer No. 1735 — Extraordinary delay in cylinder supplies and wrong committments to customers

Sir,

I am from Tirupur and getting cylinders from Periyanayakiamman Gas Service, Uthukuli Road, Tirupur. My consumer no is 1735.
Every month I am facing the same problem and the behaviour of the staff is very rude.

They give wrong commitments regarding delivery of cylinders, but the same are not delivered as per their commitment date. It takes 3-4 days more to supply which has effect in next gas booking date. They dont normally accpet the billing date, they take only the delivery date. Due to which our day-to-day life is getting affected. pls look into it. No response with compliant service number [protected]

Ambika Agencies for Indane LPG — non issue of second connection and non - delivery of booking

I had booked my LPG connection with Ambiga Agencies, Coimbatore during Jan 2007. I was informed that I should file an application only after one month for my second cylinder. I had booked for my second cylinder during march 2007. I have been following with this agency till date for my second cylinder and there is no use.

The second thing is whenever i call these people and book for refill they take atleast 20 days for delivery. This period of 20 days is after everyday call to them for atleast 4 to 5 times in a day. It does not only stop with calling the agency people. We have to call the delivery person also to get the cylinder. The agency people will simply give us the cell number of the delivery person and ask us to speak to him. Since one is in a dire need of cylinder we have to spend money making calls to the delivery person also.

The bug does not stop here. Once you call the delivery boy and speak then he keeps on disturbing you on the phone whenever he likes, which is mental harrassment. Even after making complaint against this there is no one to care.

With a single connection waiting for 20 days for the refill is not fair. This could be done to people who have two conenctions but not to people like me who have only one connection. In this twenty days time one has to spend for food outside, telephone bills to the company, delivery boy and also for medicines because one has to take outside food.

Can justice be given to people like me who are being harassed unnecessarily like this.

I a consumer of Indane Gas Since 1995, and i have opted for a second cylinder, whenever i approach the agencies, they are telling me, orders have not come, those who have got the connection later than me got the 2 cyclinder connection, where as i am a consumer with connection for a long time. I am not given the 2nd cylinder, my consumer number i forgot while mailing this. i would definitely put an another complaint on this. The gas agency is sunny gas agencies, perambur, chennai.

I requst for new gas connection on March last week at Puneet gas agency rohini, sec.16, Ist thay said come tommorow, than I contact than thay said come on monday, I again call on monday thay said come to wednesday, I aganin call on tuesday 7th april ( Mrs Neelu ), said come after 1 week, we have no book.

Indane Gas, Kalapana Agency, Vijayanagar, Bangalore — Always phones are engaged and they are not picking up for booking Gas

I am having indane gas connection and my number is 18400 registered with M/s.Kalpana Gas Agency, Vijayanagar, bangalore. As and when the Gas is exhausted, we are unable to contact Kalpana Service, as there number is always busy and engaged. It is nearly two days to contact them over phone but in vain. yes what was mentioned is correct. They are selling gas cylinders for Rs 550 or 600 in the black market. That extra amount they are sharing equally. Expecially persons bringing gas to Puttenehalli palya, JP Nagr 7th phase they are doing this business at higher rate. My request is Authority has to take immeadiate actions against those fellows. sorry authority people are involving in these activities how can they take action against those fellows. Please do justice for consumers at least now onwards.

Indane Gas — supply delay/non booking of 2 cylinder

I am residening in Chennai, Adambakkam.My gas distributor is Rose Gas Agency.I am booking for cyclider, when one cyclider empty since I am having 2 cyclinder deposit with the agent.But the agent booking the cyclinder after 21 days from the date of orginal booking and takin another 21 days for supply.When as consumer complaint this they tailor made reply was as per direction of the company.Well, do u think in present days the cyclider comes for 45 days in a house? I request the past system of booking tobe done lifetime for cyclindr using 15 days.

"P-21632 "booked my lpg on date 17/4/2008, my bill printed on same date but dilleverd me on 19/4/2008, 11.45 am.when i feel that my cylinder is not proper in waight, then i asked to wander, pls give me your weaing metion.he refused that he(mr Ranjeet Singh Chouhan as he told his name.)dont have w..ing metion with him.i complaint him that gas cylinder is not full properly pls go and come with w...ing metion .he came after 3-4 hours and show me his trick and weight approx.30 kg. when i asked him that it is not properely weight.when i waight myself with same w..ing metion, i shocked that was onty 24.90to 25.00 kg.than iasked to wander pls show me your i card, he avoide to produse his i card.than i refused to take that cylinder and asaked him to change the cylinder and come with i card. after few minuts he come with another person Mr mangal singh also without i card and say sorry to me and also dont want to produse his i card, said his i card not with him.he changed cylinder and take lesswaight cylinder back.this is happned 3rd time.your help line no [protected]/[protected] and[protected] not responding(no one attending.)my bill no.7413 dt 17/4/2008.pls take nessrey action and inform me.by e mail.my mob.no.0 [protected].pls inform me . sunil bhatia.dt 19/4/2008 17.01 pm.thanking you.
