I have book my cyl. on date[protected] at 9:43 am at Kay Aar Enterprises, Sidhipura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. i have not recived cyl till date, also no telephone nos. responding from sales officers, by distibuter, i tried these nos from last 7 days, also missbehave by dealer staff . please take the needfull action.

Indane Gas — Leaking of Gas

How your personal can be so casual, when I call him regarding gas leakage.
On 17.03.2010 morning 10.00a.m. I told your personal about gas leakage. But he didn't attend.
On 18.03.2010 when I call him he says I will not come.
This is a total failure on providing emergency services.
Pl. look the matter urgently.

Indane Gas — Vile services of distributor

Sir,
I like to inform you that one of your gas dealer, FUEL CENTRE, Vat No. [protected], (Address- 1,Feeder Road, Kol- 700056) are providing a very vile services. As a customer I say actually they are not gave any services except gas cylinder delivery. They are not receive any tele – booking , most of the time they not receive any calls or disconnect the line. We also inform you that they have three telephone nos.[protected],[protected],[protected]. They are very badly speaks to customer, last day we receive a leak cylinder and then when I inform them about this they don’t take necessary action. If incase any accident occurred, then who are responsible for this.

So, I request you to kindly punished the responsible distributor as soon as possible or be obedient I inform the consumer forum and go to press also.

I booked INDANE gas on 15.03.2010 through phone no. 1260 . My consumer No, is 7516 and reghistered with Vidya Sagar Gas Agency. Pitam Pura . . I have not got it inspite of reminder. .Kindly look into it.

For Many days the service of the Indane is very poor and as a Consumer I'm suffering lot. The fact is the rule laid by the Indane people that the booking will be accepted each time only after 30 days of the delivery of the booked cylinder delivery (In case of having 2 cylinders) But even though the booking is made as mentioned by the Indane office the delivery of the booked cylinder would be delivered after 20 days are more that is in total it takes about 50 days that is about two months for receiving a cylinder.

If it takes nearly two months to receive a cylinder it would be better to cook on wood rather that book a cylinder because any way we have to cook by other means for some days. I

To my home, the last delivery made was on 11th January 2010. till now I did not receive any cylinder. Even today I went to the office to find out what is the situation. Now they are saying they have inspection therefore I have to wait for few more days. I do not know how to rectify this problem. My connection Number is 23708. My name is Vamsee G.

i am mailing from krishnagiri (tamil nadu).i have booked my cylinder 20 days back from now.still now i have not got the cylinder.the problem is that for booking or any enqury i have to ring the gas office for more than 3 hrs to get the line.the responce of them after getting the line is terrible.i have been calling the office and the responce is they have made the bill and it will b delivered by govindaraj(the boy who brings the cylinder) this is what i hear from 5-days.if they have made the bill then why is the delay.

I applied for new Indane gas connection on 14/05/2008 in M/S MEGHA INDANE SERVICE NEAR POST OFFICE Kottakkal, Malappuram, Kerala.(Form No.SL 69, WL.No.8259).I didnt get the connection yet.so you please take necessary action to get the conection immediately..
