Dear Sir,We have indian gas connection no.25917 sv no. 5088613,but we have shifted from wz-17B Naraina Village to KH no. 68/10, Sultan puri road, Pooth Kalan , Delhi-86,so please tel us how can we trnsfer to my gas connection, in that area three or four gas agency are situated but they said me, we have not this area (sheel gas agency, d.s.gas agency,himmat gas agency)
so, please help me , we have very very difficulty for coocking food, me and my family are very problem. please help me and transfer my gas connection in this area.

Booking a gas cylinder has now become a torture for all o[censored]s. Either these gas agencies do not pick up the phone and if they do they are in so much hurry that they don't even listen properly and just bang the phone. If by God's grace you are able to speak to them then you'll have to sit for ages for the gas cylinder to be delievered. The situation is really pathetic. I don't know whether these complaints are actually read and acted upon or not...
I have done online booking of my gas cylinder on 6th April (consumer no.45061) and I have no clues how to find out as to when will the cylinder be delivered.

Just want get the cylender refill for 8243
I Virendra Singh have a gas connection with Indane Gas since Jan 2005, at Super Gas Agencies,Elmakra, Kochi & now with RRASHMI GAS AGENCY from April 2006 vide their costumer no 27969. Since I am a single person staying alone at Kochi city, the usage of gas is very less hence mostly one cylinder will cover more than 6 months. While booking after six months the agency is telling that, after six month the connection is automatically dead, for further running letter from the person and from the IOC is required for re-activation. Getting a letter from IOC is very very difficult.However, I have got the same and submitted to the local agency which is with their record. Now while I am booking gas they have told that the connection dead hence no booking is possible, so asked to submit the letter from myself for re-activation. I don't understand why always doing such. Always providing letter is not possible.
In order to talk to the customer care, I tried in phone no.[protected] so may times but the phone is not beeing attended by anybody. This kind of harassment may be avoided.
An early reply action is expected.
