I AM A COSTUMER OF INDANE SINCE LAST YEAR HAVING NO. 217645. I AM FACING PROBLEMS SINCE THREE MONTHS BY THE MATHURA GAS AGENCY. AS THEY USE TO BOOK GAS AFTER A FIXED PERIOD OF 21 DAYS . AND STILL DOES NOT DELIVER IT AFTER ATLEAST 15 DAYS . ALL THIS FORCE US TO BEAR LOT OF PROBLEMS RELATED TO UNAVAILABILITY OF GAS. PLEASE TAKE AN URGENT ACTION ON THIS MATTER.

Indane Gas — not delivered og gas cylinder in time .they sell in black
we have two gas cylinder connection but they delivered cylinder not in proper time .i think they may be sell it in black

Indane Gas — always ignore for second cylinder booking
I have an indane gas connection with "sehrawat gas" which is 4 years old. whenever I ask for second celender booking, they reply pls. come after 15 days, or 10 days. i have asked 20 times for second celender since last four years but they are not responding. Pls. advice me what action i have taken against sehrawat gas.My Gas ID is S-15086 (Sehrawat Gas, Devali)
Indane Gas — Not receiving gas cylinder on time
Dear Sir,Till date I haven't received gas cylinder
I have booked for cylinder on 03.04.2010,at Jamuna Gas Service,Jhansi,
& on 16.04.2010 i again go to login complaint,but there they said that it is not ur duty to distribute gas cylinder ur duty is just to write down the complaint,
& i[censored] have any query than come at 7:00 clock,evening.
So it's my request that pls tkae some action so that i can received cylinders on time, as i have been suffering from this problem since last 4-5 months.

I think that there is no use os Customer Care. It is better to close
this cell or provide good service. In India this service is worst.

It is to bring to your kind notice that, the Indane Gas dealer Swapna Agencies Bahadurpura, near zoopark is not honoring on line booking. He is not lifting phone either, this is causing extreme hardships to the consumers. What is the use of providing online booking when the dealers are not considering online booking. The authorities must take immediate action against the dealer and save us from further hardships. Expecting an early action from your end.

Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used unwanted language against me. I request to concern person please solve this matter and do the needful.

My consumer No. is 24494 with Sona Enterprises Vasant Kunj. On repeated complains the system of booking gas is not going on smoothly. Telephone, they do not pick up, I have started booking through tomo gas booking. I got first booking on time, second time did not got after 10 days. Now that system also not accepting the booking.
Please advise me the solution, how this problem can be shorted out.

I am an LPG consumer of Rashmi Gas (Indane), Kochi vide consumer No. 27969. I stay alone & use LPG very less, so whenever I book gas after 6 months, they say that the connection is dead. Last year they forced me to bring the re-activation recommendation letter from I.O.C. Head office Kochi. It is not so easy to reach & get cosumer care officer recommendation. Any how I submitted my request letter duly recommended by IOC to Rashmi Gas, now while booking for refilling over phone, I was informed that the connection is dead & I have to submit re-activation request. I already submitted one during last year is with them.
I am working in a cent. Govt. Office & it is not always possible me to go their office for submitting such a letter again & again.
While dialing local cosumer care help line as given by Rashmi Gas, no[protected] either It is found busy or ringing unattended.
Therefore it is requested to instruct M/s Rashmi Gas to distribute the LPG without ‘harassment’,

Chandannagar/Kolkata, West Bengal.Recently they have got the responsibility to look after for the service of customers of range 15501 to 17, 528.Mallick Brother has two land line phone nos[protected] and[protected] . unfortunately I was unable to contact them for consecutive two days despite repeated dialing of several hours - either busy or no response.Also there is no facility of on line booking. option is spot booking & it will cost one day leave from office.so it is my sincere request to the indane gas authority to look into the matter seriously to keep up their reputation high.

kya yahan complain register karne se kuchh hota hai? two months ago i registered myself for lpg connection. but till today i couldnt get the same . me and my family is suffering. but my agent says it is now out of stalk.three times he has given the dates of stalk arrival but everytime it was extended to some new date. but that date never comes. now he has given me the new date. that is[protected]. but i m sure i m not going to get the connection this time also. can anybody help me!

M J V Indane Agency — No Response for telephone call to book refill
M J V Indane Agency Ambattur industrial Estate never attends phone calls and no facilities to book online refill.Past 3 days we are struglling to book for refill.
We have only one cylinder and suffers a lot for indane gas.
Indane Gas - Trilok Gas Agency — Delivery of Gas cylinders beyond 15 days to 1 month
I get my gas cylinders from Trilok Gas Agency, Adyar. I have a terrible experience with them. I never get the cylinders delivered on time. I heard that the Agency sell gas cylinders in black. The moment we book the GAS cylinder, we dont get it nearly for 15 days. They usually sell the cylinder to hotels and T-Shops who are in constant need of cylinders. If we follow up they say that there was no one at home..most of the time it will be a lie...I am having a horrible time with this Agency.IS THERE ANYONE TO LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE??
Indane Gas — DELAY IN SUPPLYING THE REFILL CYLINDER

Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I call to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please...
I booked cylinder[protected] after 25 days from previous cylinder delivered but still today[protected] Indane gas company not deliver the cylinder, they answer me people goes at marrege from last 1 week. Every day they answer me tomorrow i will supply the cylinder but still it is not deliver.
Can any buddy take action for that. It is very difficult to live.
