Indane Gas — Booking lines always engaged

My Consumer No. is 60603 through GuruKirpa Gas Agency Bangalore, JP Nagar 7th phase. Thier landline numbers are enganged for the whole day or if bell rings noboby picks up the phone. Their services are really bad. I try calling them almost every day around 100 times.

Request you to look into the problem.

I am the customer of Indane Gas bearing the No: 30972 of Punia Gas, Sector-32, Chandigarh. we have this connection from last 6 odd years
First thing is they keep the phone lines busy and dont respond, and I, booked Gas on phone. After a gap of 3 weeks I am calling about my gas cylinder but they give no response about it. I am calling there through my mobile phone 10-15 times. And my bill of calls near about /Rs.25, And when i received my gas at home on dated16th July 2010 but no slip was given to me by the delivery boy but he tells me that please signed on a plane paper by receiving a gas cylinder. No official slip was given to me by the delivery boy. I want to say that BUNDLE OF HARASSMENT GIVEN TO ME BY PUNIA GAS, SECTOR-32, CHANDIGARH. Please take immediate action about it, so that in future no harassment was given to me by Punia Gas in future.

from last 45 days daily i m going to indane gas agency to refil my cylinder which was booked on 12-06-10 and delivery date was 15-06-10 and they are having the same answer we dont have gas
kindly guide what to do

i'm a customer of INDANE gas.i have double cylinder plan for my connection, but its of no use because i have to buy the cylinder only afte 25 days..either it may be my general cylinder or the extra cylinder..so its just no use of taking double cylinder connection..i have a doubt that those office ppl have created all these rules so that they can sell the remaining cylinder in black.. i request u ppl to take a strong action against it

I am a consumer at Mahe The phone no[protected] is always busy, or when connected some peculiar sounds are heard instead of a hello. It is said that there is arrangements to send SMS booking in some selected area which is very useful and no complaint as there will be evidence on date of booking on both sides. I suggest to implement the scheme to all areas so that customer going to the dealer and get harassed as reported in many cases can be avoided which will also helpful to the dealers with lot of consumers crowded in the office

i registered in tomogas for booking gas online it accept all my date but booking gas it again asks for my contact no. if i gave the contact no. it shows that the no. is existing. i'm unable to book the gas throgh the net kindly help me

dear sir,
i want to take new connection of gas when i went to gas agency of puranpur dist. pilibhit (u.p.) mr. varun singh perhaps he is manager of that agency replied there is two big queue you can not get connection after 6 month you can apply for connection . this is happening from last 1 and half years. and summiting the papers.

Consumer No. 20590. Sterling gas Co. Asmangarh, Malakpet, Hyderabad 500036 AP.Regarding: Phone No.[protected],[protected],[protected]: I was ringing continuously for three days 26 to 29 July, 2010. Even today. Always auto-reply is: Subscriber is still busy, call after some time or All lines you remember are busy, please call later. I believe they keep the phone down or do some thing and avoid gas booking. But supply if perosnally contacted.
I request please introduce the email booking so that we can book on-line and save our time or a leave from office for this purpose.
The web page gave a toll free No. but auto reply is negetive. Hopeless? No email address on Indane/ Indian oil web site. Looks strange to keep us away.
Hope some body feels dutiful in Indane gas Head Office to look into the complaints and improve the customer services.

Indane Gas — Cylinder not deliver

I had booked a cyllinder on 10.07.2010 with M/S Amita Gas, Gwalior, M.P.. My consumer number is A5436 in the name of Pramod Sapaloke. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had every time told me vehicle not come. I request you to please do the needful action.

Indane Gas — Delayed supply and overcharging

My Indane Gas connection No is 11464 with MJV Indane Gas Agency, Industrial Estate, Ambattur. Delayed supply of refill is a regular practice and this time refill booked after the mandatory period of 21 days on 21 Jul 2010 has been deleivered on 04 Aug 2010 whereas the bill for the same was issued on 31 Jul 2010.
Secondly, the delivery man demands Rs. 365.00 per cylinder whereas the bill is for Rs 352.35. The delivery man being the rep of the Agency, the agency has to strictly advise him to collect only the amount given in the bill from the customer.
It is requested to take action accordingly and advise the MJV Gas Agency for strict compliance.

phone no. of Vasant Kunj Gas Agency is always busy. We are not able to contact our distributor from the last 25 days. We have booked through online. But till today we have not received cylinder. Vasant Kunj Gas Serv ice is giving Very Very Very poor service. Indian Oil must look into this matter immediately. My Consumer no. is 12995

I am customer with booking id (TS6087).We have been using your service from past 15- 16 years and always we use to book our gas through telephone but now I dnt know is there any some kind of change in booking cylinders that people in Jag Jyoti service(for Lajpat Nagar, delhi) are saying that the booking will be done online only, which a kind of a headache for me, because of this reason I haven't received my cylinder also .Kindly look into the matter plus also post the link on your website or mail me @ [protected]@gmail.com..Hope you will take the appropriate step as soon as possible.
