[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

I agree all. Whenever I phone it is always busy. What I want to suggest is that the gas booking should be moniterd by IOC and the booking with IOC only. They have to watch the delivery and it should attend the complaint then and there.

Indane Gas — Connection letter came before two months but till now i did not got the connection

Hello sir, I Om Prakash Yadav with add- YB-366, NTPC SAS LTD applied for new indane gas connection at Indane Gas Greater Noida alpha 2, before 4 month, I got the letter before two month, till that i contact to gas agency many times and they are giving me only new date only. So Plz help me such that I can have it soon.

Indane Gas — No timely supply of indane gas

Proble facing in regular supply of gas cyllinder after registration in proper time with all formalities by Binod Gas agency of Sindri,Dhanbad.Also not issues valid receipt when we paid amont for cylinder.

We have complaint regarding irregularity of gas cylinders by "PRADEEP INDANE SERVICES THALAYOLAPARAMBU P.O KOTTAYAM,KERALA".They are not willing to supply gas cylinder in our area(our area within 5 kms),Although this area have good transport facility.Now a days we collect if from brokers etc,by giving additional money for brokerage and transportation.Please take necessery action against this irresponsibility.Our area-"MANNAR,PUTHENPURA - PARAVELI ROAD".Our customer numbers and names as follows,

Indane Gas — fare too much collecting

I have booked for refill of cylinder on 09.08.2010, My gas booking no is 509.Please deliver the cylinder at my Residence, E-127, Mansa Ram Park Uttam Nagar New Delhi-110059.I have tried to contact the agency on telephone for information but no one is picking up the phone. Please take necessary action.

Indane Gas — less gas

Dear Sir/Madam, my name is sunil narayan i have a gas connection on the name of my father Laxmi narayan connection # is 1004,its been long time i have been monitoring all the gas supplier of indane gas,they supply atleast minimum 2 kg less gas to the customer,repaeted complaint to gas vendor of my area which is CHANDER NAGAR GAS SERVICE no action has been taken,even if someone comes with weighing machine that shows proper gas but actually they have manupulated that machine,i would request you to please take neccessary action against these people.waiting for your reply.

i have comlaint regarding irregularity of delivery of cylinders by indane agency named as commander gas service rajipuram lucknow . my gas no is 7221 booked under name pramod kumar tiwari for which i regularly book with in 20 days .even if i follow to their instructions they wont be willing to deliver the consumer in time . please take necessary actions against them.

no one will help u. Best is u buy a good electronic/ digital weighing scale & accept the cylinder after weighing only. Accept when it shows full wt. Believe me it helps. Whenever the wt. is less the delivery man takes away without any argument & replaces max. by next day. It is my personal experience of several years & with 2 cos-Indane & bharat gas.The cost of scale gets recovered soon.

Late supply of refill
I am a LPG customer with consumer no. 8733 bharat Gas Agency 33/82 rustam bagh ajmer road near pratap pura agra, I booked my refill and till today 10 or 12 days have been passed but refill has not been supplied. Inquiring from agency they replied that supply is delayed from oil company. It is pertinent to mention that after delivery next booking can be done only after 21 days and if the supply delays for more then 21 days, how a cylinder can run for such a long period. Immidiate attention of Oil company is required in this matter.

I am a customer of indane with customer no 42213, gas agency number is 2330462 gurgaon, i am trying to book the gas but no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy, and it is not possible for me to visit and then book a gas.

For Re-Fill Cylinder, complaint No.208 booked on 16/8/2010 thru Gas Cylinder Booking Tel. No.[protected]. Cylinder so far not received.

I have booked my gas cylender on Last 2 Weeks at Parul gas sant nagar burari indane gas service station . my consumer no. 26153 but I am not yet received my cylender.

The indane gas dealer Ravindra Agency ,Anayadi, Charummoodu delaying gas cylinder supply regularly , this problem happening only on this agency in near by area.

Every month, I had booked a cyllinder with Dasna Indane Gas Town Dasna Dist.Ghaziabad. My consumer number is D5642. Distributer always give refill 35-40 days, the same is not delivered at home. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue..

in comender gas ag. i book my cilander on date 2/8/10 cc on 25/8/10 and cc 29/8/10 but they r not sent gas at my home pl. do for lower class.

Hope you please arrange delivery as per nos. allowed by Oran Gas Agency, Ranchi. because in lack of any such type of rule, we can not get gas without going to unloading place or otherwise we have to pay rs.20-30 more to received gas in time
