HI, visited unihomes site recently. Pace of work is really slow. Other builders such as Gaur & Amrapali are ready with possession and are currently priced at around Rs 4500 psf. Don't see unihomes coming uo in another 2~3 yrs... I think we have invested in a wrong project. Somebody pls tell me how to escape... Any buyers!!!

I am not sure what to write as whenever i write something people say i am from unitech and to an extent they are right as when i have purchased flat in unitech then what else would i say ...well i am not sure people who comment here in this blog what intention they keep ...lasttly i visited the property they assured that phase 1 -----all towers in b and c block will be handed over from fourth quater of 2012 onwards ...i have flat in C BLOCK ...and though construction is at slow pace but work in my tower was on and you can see some iron tower standing beside it ..i thing that is for the purpose of raising tower high or whatver but it ...was ..there and work was on though very slow (comparing what unitech was doing till last year with that pace they would have delivered the project till date but sad our luck it did not happen and work is extremely slow since july 2011 till date )...when i entered the project i saw labour working in the starting towers ...i think b block ...i had long discussion with every one stating from security gaurd to the people seating in the office and was assured for fourth quarter for 2012 ...rest i am not sure what will happen lets hope for the best ...may unitech will start work at full force our dream for home will come true soon ...and with all people forcing them in a group will force them further to do so ...

The project comprises of 13 towers divided into three blocks (A, B, C)
Foundation work of all the blocks and parking area has been completed long back.
The key activity presently is of raising the towers.
All the towers in blocks A and C has been raised (except one tower of C block, where top floors are being raised).
Less than half floors of A block are left to be raised.
Overall, around 15% floors remain to be raised in phase I.
Progress at parking area is reasonable.
Next in line is the brickwork which is almost complete in B and C blocks,
it is halfway in one of the towers in A block. In other towers of A Block it is yet to be done.
External plaster and coloring is being done in B block where considerable work has been done.
In C block it is yet to be taken up.
Internal works in individual units are not considered in this overview.
Period of completion can be taken as ten months minimum, from now, (assuming that the resources are available
and the work moves at a reasonable pace).
The date, on which the work will reach a reasonable pace, remains elusive.
So getting these houses in 2012 remains uncertain.
However things at unitech are looking up now.

I have booked a Flat Unihomes phase -II Tower D-4, Can anybody provide updated construction updates.
I have booked a flat in Unihome-3 at Sector-113, Noida, can any one please give me status of project approval by respective statutory authority and please inform if this area is under any dispute due to recent farmers agitation in Noida exten and adjoining area.
I have read various negative comments about unitech but most of them pertain to period 2009. Feedback at per present status should also be posted by all those who have already booked flats to help new customers to avoid trap by Unitech,

Unitech is very poor in customer service. They don't like to respond to your mails and answer your calls. They are just misusing their prime position in Indian Real Sector. I booked in their in Unihomes Phase I project in 2009 with flat delivery date in mid of 2011. Till now not even half of the work is completed. It's nearing to one year since I have paid the last demand. Now, they are just telling lies about why their work is on hold on the site. If you look at any of their project and seek the feedback from their customers then you will get only negative views.
