I happened to visit the sec-117 unihome site recently and is of the opinion that the project will atleast take 3 years for the possession to start. No respinse to our queries is given, when I try to contact the unitech officials. Don't know what to do? really stuck with a bad deal. Any suggestions..
what is the present position of your flat. Whether you got the delivery and what is your experience over all. Whether you recommend to invest the money in unihome 3 which they are going to launch now.

Let us see what is happening on ground in NOIDA Unihomes Phase I.
'A' Block:- It comprises of four towers. Overall 80% of floors of this block have been raised. Around 25% of
brickwork has been done.
'B' Block:- It comprises of five towers. All towers raised. Brickwork completed. Around 75% of plastering
done. Other internal works being done. B1 tower is nearly complete.
'C' Block:- It comprises of four towers. All towers raised to their full height. Brickwork near completion.
Around 20% of plastering done.
Parking:- A small portion of lower basement at one end remains to be completed, while work for upper basement
has started from the other end.
If the things keep moving at normal speed, phase 1 can be completed in eight months i.e. by March 2013.
This way, the project will be late by one and half year.
Buyers can not do anything effectively if the project is delayed. But if they are fore-informed, they
are definitely in a better position to face the situation.

Any update on Phase-II, F Block in particular. I have not got any demand since last 15 months.

Practically no progress in Phase II. F Block structure has already been completed. Around half of brickwork remains to be completed. As a guess, they should be able to take up phase II alongwith phase I in the next quarter.

Seems no one is interested now in their property. NO action ..
As i am away from NCR and in defence, this webpage used to be my only link to find out the progress of project. its so disheartening that all o[censored] have discontinued to give any feed back.

Work is mainly progressing in Phase I. Noteworthy progress has been in 'A'block, where structural works of towers are nearing completion. (More than 95% of floors in 'A' Block raised). Slowly all other works have also been taken up. But completion date does not look to have come any nearer. It may still be in the third quarter of 2013.
Phase II also have been taken up. Progress may be visible in towers
D1, D2 in the coming quarter.

Can any one please update on G and H block in unihomes Phase II. I have not received any demand from for start of construction yet.
there will be no demand any soon, as the main focus of the company is on 1 st phase. G and H tower will take lots of more time, be prepared for 3 - 4 years at least.
