[Resolved]  Unitech/ Unihomes Noida — Fraud by Property agent "Vikram" C/O Realty Canvas, A - 401, Defence Enclave, New Delhi and bad services by Unitech group.

I booked a unitech unihome at Noida on 27th June 2009 this year through an agent "Vikram Arora", C/O Reality Canvas, New Delhi. He submitted the paper before 30th June. We opted for downpayment plan as unitech was offering 10 % discount on downpayment plan as compared to construction linked plan.

From last one week, I am following Noida office (Ms. Alka, Mr. Rajesh Sinha etc) regarding my allotment letter. Two days earlier, I was told that it had been couriered to your mailing address at Greater Noida. But today, I called there to know the status and came to know that it is still lying at Noida office. Ms. Alka told me to collect it by hand.

I went there and collected the letter. Allotment date was written 3rd July'2009 and the payment plan was written "Construction Linked" payment plan. Then, I wrote a letter for changing it to "Downpayment plan." Now, they are saying that we have to make the full payment within 45 days from 3rd July 2009. But I got the letter today i.e. 29th July'2009.

Also, now they are saying that on downpayment plan, unitech will give only 8 % discount but we were told and also we can check the website, it is written 10 % discount on downpayment plan.

This is really very unprofessional and bad attitude. Nobody cares.

Unitech always believes in collecting money and they are least bothered about customer service. I'm trying to get construction status for A2 tower in Unihomes phase I but looks like they do not even care to respond to my mails.
Call to Ajay bhatt ph. no. [protected].He will tell you about status.Anybody went on site in recent time.Please update for work progress. Near about how many worker are working on site in Ph1 and Ph2.
Unitechgroup has posted images showing progress upto march 2013. 'A' Block is ready for internal and external plaster. As per them it is already started. 'B' Block has been plastered externally and coloured. 'C' Block external plastering is being done. One tower is yet to be completed.
All tower structures are complete. Brickworrk is nearly complete (95%). Other structures, like parking, club house, swimming pool
sub station bldgs are in advance stage of completion.
phase 2 has also been taken up. D1 and D2 are reaching top floor.
E Blocks are raising their heads after along time.D3, D4and D5 are
also making themselves ready for move.In F Block brick work is getting completed
But still work progress is very slow.They need to increase more speed.We are paying lot of interest to bank.It is really a pain.
Is any updates on Unihome I and II?
Please updated Ph-1 & 2 status.
They increased the price of Ph - 1 & 2.Now minimum value is 47L
But F 2 structures were completed long long ago.
pls update the construction status of tower E--2
As per UNITECH block E2, E1 are at 6th floor. While E3 is at 4th floor.
Hopefully E1, E2 structures alongwith D4 structure may be completed this financiael year.
In phase I, plastering work is going on in Blocks A and C which is likely to go on in 2014 as well.
In phase 2, structures of E1, E2 and D4 completed. This quarter E3 and D5 structures
should get completed. brick work should follow alongwith.
In phase 1, A4 tower plastered. Plastering will continue this quarter as well.

UNITECH itself is fraud. For property booked in 2009 at Sector 117, UNITECH had promised to hand over property by 2011 but even in 2014 they are not giving possession and they say that possession is not possible before 2017 now. They in fact have not taken clearance on some environmental issue.
There has been very little progress in these two quarters (April-June, July-sep). Plastering has not progressed at all in the last quarter.
Structure of D3, D5 remained incomplete and shown no progress. It seems that next year also major work may be plastering.
On the positive side, the internal work of block B is inching towards completion. And now completion of B block in April 2015 looks
Real. However, possession will require completion of services as well. Here, not only builder but govt agencies will also be involved.
Normally, govt agencies act only after completion of project. So we have to wait another six months to know about possession.

I am also a sufferer on hands o[censored]nitech Unihome sector 117 at NOIDA. I think buyers have formed an association to put pressure on Unitech and take further course of action. Is the completion time of c3 tower in unihome 3.Nothing seems to be going on and i guess the bulider will not even complete this in next 10 years..Anyone has any more details please reply.

received letter from unitech given commitment to start possesion from june 2015 for B1 B2. Is anybody got possesion letter
But ground position does not support this. Little over one month is hardly
Sufficient to complete the left-out job. It is highly ambitious commitment. But good news indeed.
Unitech has confirm they are giving possession of B1 B2 building is anybody have update on this
