Product shown delivered but haven't received yet

I have placed an order on MyPlaques. My delivery tracking ID is ( AWB [protected]). The packet supposed to be delivered on 26th April 2021. Though I have received a notification that my order is delivered I haven't received the product yet.

In tracking id showing as delivered but the order has not been delivered

With regard to my order no.[protected]
I placed my order on 30 may, still is not delivered.

In the tracking, it is shown as it is delivered but it has not been delivered. I have been making repeated complains regarding my order but there is no update by the delivery.
On customer care no. nobody is responding. I am trying again again to contact them but still they are not receiving the calls.

Regarding a return parcel from AJIO which was booked by Delhivery

I had a return parcel from AJIO. The Delivery guy came and picked up the parcel and still there is not any update regarding that.. Moreover after tracking it is showing that the pickup is being CANCELLED.

Delayed pick-up

I have had bad experience with this particular carrier way before the pandemic when I had to literally call up someone and nag them to pick up my return item as they had delayed it for days and I had to leave the state. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just a one time thing only for it TO HAPPEN AGAIN??

Rude Delivery Agent | Unprofessional behavior

Placed an order (2 items) with Meesho which was shipped with Delhivery. The delivery agent came on scooter and was bunking horn, didn't even bother to get out. Later out of frustration, he got out and shouted the amount of both orders as they were Cash on Delivery when neighbours were looking. He kept one order near the gate and want me to make the payment. However, I mentioned to drop the orders at home sitout - no need to handoff to me...

Delhivery parcel is lost from Delhivery hub of Bilaspur-HR (Gurgaon)

I sent a parcel from delhivery courier service to Haryana on May 4th, 2021.
today it came for 41 days but still could not reach my parcel at the given address.

Till yesterday whenever I track Delhivery courier using AWB number, then every day the delivery date is increasing. I don't know why my courier is stuck in BIlaspur-HR...
