Hello sir my courier is delay and didn't arrive me and no phone calls from the courier boy . I get a msg from shiprocket and delhivery in 3 days but i did not get my parcel on handy the parcel is nearest of branch office in the tracking but i didn't get the parcel...plskindly get the courier for me...

[protected] this is my tracking number. And I can clearly see how my order is being played around. This is clearly intentional. I am not sure if I'm even going to receive my parcel and if I do receive, I don't know in what conditions. Horrible and pathetic service....

Hi,

My parcel with Naaptol to be delivered by the Delihivery team on May31st 2021 and till today(9th June 2021) - I have not received any call from their delivery agent and Delhivery team will not provide any contact number of delivery agent. at least an centralized contact number also not available.
All the times, delivery agent updated my delivery as Consignee cancelled / consignee will collect from branch / delivery...

So on friday I returned the product and till now which is Wednesday they haven't proceeded the product to the merchant neither they returned it back to me.

So I called the supervisor but got no response
Also I asked another delivery guy
He confirmed that the product is there in their office....

I want to raise a complaint about the delivery of AWB[protected], expected delivery date was 8th June 2021, package has arrived to the nearest hub of my location on 8th June only but I can see unnecessarily the package has been sent back to 30KM far from my location and still the process is getting repeat, which were already got completed on 8th June only. From last 2 days, package status is 'In Transit' only because of the unnecessary...
