Wrong delivery of parcel

My Prepaid parcel is wrongly delivered on 9th june to someone else by dtdc courier person which he admit that he has wrongly delivered but still nothing happened.
I have complained about it to the DTDC customer support but they haven't responded my mail yet.
Till date i.e 16.6.23 my parcel is not received by me nor they ready to refund me.

Out of delivery on 14th june but still undelivered

Delivery agent from dtdc updated fake status in the system that " receiver not available though i was available through out the day". It was out of delivery on 14th june but still i have not received it. Customer care is also very bad, they did not receive calls. After going to waiting, the call got auto disconnected. courier not delivered - otr

Hi,
I have given my parcel to DTDC Courier on June14th from Dindigul(Gopalpatty) to Chennai(Navalur) . Today(June15th) Morning, my parcel is showing as Out for delivery. But At the evening the status showing as NOT DELIVERED-OTR.

Please help me to deliver my parcel to the Destination Address. It is very urgent to send the courier. That's why I trust your service and sent through DTDC Courier service. But I'm in trouble...

Shipment not received

I have sent a courier from Roorkee to Visakhapatnam (Zip-530017) on 24th May with the consignment number[protected] .This has very important documents and the online tracking now shows it's not moved from Indore since 31st May. I called customer care 5 times in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked...

I Have ordered book from Kota to Mumbai and they send me the tracking I'd of DTDC, yesterday morning it's showing your package is out for dilivery but at night it suddenly show not diliverd, today also it's showing not diliverd, Int he package there just book which doesn't means anything to buy it was precious for me for the preparation, I don't have many tho buy the book again, plz atleast don't thief books...

I have booked book from Kota and the courier was coming to Mumbai, yesterday morning it was show out for dilivery and at night it showing undiliverd, now thody is the nest day but still no response I even mail them but nothing happened, are they doing fraud, at least don't thefi someone book, I need them for my preperation, I don't even have any money left to buy again ....

1. I have booked consignment to kolkata bearing tracking id D63669835 and as per last update on 12 june 2023, it shows that the consignment was out for delivery but entry restricted (Otr).

2. I was never contact by any delivery person or any executive regarding the same and also i tried to establish contact to many dtdc services across kolkata but all the members...

Important document misplaced and not returned back.

Hi,

I am raising this compliant on DTDC courier service. They have agreed to deliver a document from me to another place. After taking the document and taking money they said they don't deliver to destination address. Now they didn't return my document and just telling lie they delivered it back to me. Customer care doesn't respond and when i raise ticket they close it saying they delivered....

Delayed delivery of food item resulted spoilage of food

Dear Sir
I booked 2 kg fresh sweets from Greater Noida to Aligarh UP on 24 April 2023 vide No. Z15312422 and promised to deliver it within a day but it was detoured to Lucknow and lying in stores on the way to Aligarh and could be delivered on 1 May 2023 (8 days) and meanwhile sweets got spoiled and were unfit to consume thus I suffered a loss of cost of sweets (Rs 2000 plus courier charge Rs 360) and agent at Greater Noida and DTDC...

Spoilage of food during long time taken to deliver

Complaint regarding non-display of tracking details and non-delivery of consignment

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by DTDC Courier. I recently availed of their services to send an urgent consignment with the consignment number [consignment number] on 2nd June 2023. The delivery was expected to reach its destination by 5th June 2023, and I paid an additional fee of INR 380 for the urgent delivery service.

Delivery issue

Couriered there packages from Lucknow to delhi on 31st May…. Two are showing restricted entry and one is showing incomplete address. These have complete address with correct PIN number as well … raised the ticket also yesterday but still no response. Trying to contact the customers care but can’t get through at all…. Very poor service by the courier… will never book this again…
