Delay in delivery

My parcel vide awb no. D75100903 till yesterday it was showing a mis-route, complaint lodged with ticket no - 8773557 and just now I tracked, it is at Surat airport, what is happening?? How can your service be so pathetic?? Screenshot attached of tracking and complaint acknowledgements....

Product not delivered- Kota DTDC

Courier not received

Address: GANAPATHY COIMBATORE

I did a speed post on DTDC on August 10, 2023, from Erode to Coimbatore.
I have to receive the courier on August 11, 2023, but from the DTDC side, it shows the parcel delivered, but I have not received it yet.

Delay delivery

Book my package as on 08.08.2023 at deoghar but on same day they not dispatch material. Next day move the material, after that they dispatch material to dhanbad, they take more than 1day, now they dispatch material at asansol, after that the not responding not in call or mail. And they always make same reply....

Not delivered- receiver not available

Hi I have a shipment from Hyderabad to Chennai my tracking number: H37884683 I was frequently tracking my shipment now it's showing shipment not delivered- reciever not available. 1st the shipment was delayed by 3 days I didn't receive any call from the DTDC courier service about delivery how they update as reciever not available. Item missing from package-weight not matching end to end- package not delivered on time

N our case the shipment weight is exactly different for the weight of one saree missing. The booking weight is 2.25 kg. and the same at the end point was only about 1.5 kg.

Also per the booking office, the tape they applied was tampered with and a transparent tape applied which was never used by the booking office. This is confirmed by mr.Sekar of the booking office and same has been communicated several times with the regional...

Non-Delivery of Package

I am currently residing in Kochi, Kerala and there was a parcel booked from my hometown West Bengal on 10th July 2023. Tracking ID "F31195017". Upon not receiving any intimation or call from the courier service I tried tracking my package and came to know the same has been returned to origin.

Undelivered parcel

My order was supposed to come by 2nd August but DTDC services sent me a message that my address was wrong even though it was completely right and other online parcels are asking delivered at the same address. They have still not contacted me even after several trys .

Tracking number Z18784440-Received Damaged Parcel with Missing items

Ref No 95587166.We have received a damaged and unsealed parcel on date 04.08.2023 which had Thermal Paper Rolls for Adarsh Service Station Petrol Pump of IOCL company at Raipur Rani Distt Panchkula .On the package a quantity of 15 rolls were mentioned but we have received only 10 rolls and 5 rolls were missing.Also we asked the courier boy to write down that he’s delivering an opened parcel with missing items but he denied to do that and...

Package lost or stolen

I had sent a courier from Bhuvaneshwar to Hyderabad using DTDC with tracking number D70016165. Since Jul 17th there has not been any movement. Their customer service keeps saying they do not know where the package is and some backend team will call and update. But nobody calls. They have about 9000 unresolved tickets on this site. How do they still have a licence to operate? I strongly suspect they are stealing packages to sell online....

This is to inform you that I have send a document on dated 1st Aug '2023 from MALDA to BOLPUR(WEST BENGAL) by DTDC Courier Docket No:-K62439904 .On 3rd Aug ' 2023, The above said courier showing SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED at 1940HRS by DTDC BOLPUR BRANCH. But till now consignee has not received the same.

I like to ask you how the above thing is happened?, without delivering in customer hand...

Package not being delivered

My dtdc consignment no - D61581673 from last 2 day every morning they put an update that parcel is out for delivery, and at night approx 8 pm they put update could not attempt (Dir). Plz help me. It is urgent to deliver that parcel on the given address as soon as possible... As i don't get any customer service number for call and to ask about my parcel. Customer support through email is damn poor...

I have placed order in Paytm ONDC and order shipped via DTDC delivery but DTDC updated status as delivered but I didn't received item
And they forgery my sign in acknowledgement

In portal receiver name is SVV Nagaraju and in acknowledgement someone signed with my name(forgery sign)...
