I have been scammed and delivered a cod package for an amount of Rs.1200, which doesn't have any information regarding the seller on the package, neither the invoice .I never ordered this package, but with my name, phone number and address is mentioned with some order ID: 6105187. Maine 1 april ko sama order kiya tha 6 april ko nearest hub pahuch gya 8 ko massage aaya out for delivery lekin saman delever nahi hua undelivered kar diya gya our mereko call bhi nahi kiya gya jab maine call kiya to kisi ne nahi uthaya delivery manager and exicutive dono ko call kiya maine dono call pickup nahi kar rahe hain tracking website pe mera ofd lock applied dikha ra hai

I Had Ordered Products Worth Rs 3198 From ZOUK Bags On 15/03/2024. I Received Tracking ID The AWB No[protected]. The Courier Partner Was ECOM EXPRESS. My Package Had Reached My City On 18/03/2024. My Package Reached Ecom Express Warehouse On 18th March. After That I Didn't Get Any Further Updates On My Package. I Have Been Continously Contacting Ecom Express On This Issue. I Got A Reply From Ecom Express That My Package Has Been Untraceable...

I had placed an order13/03/24.It was processed and out for delivery on 16/03/24.But I want to cancel my order. So I refused to collect that order. Nyka customer service told me to get my refund after it has been checked in warehouse. When I try to contact delivery manager from the message of ecomexhe didn't answer the call. I then called delivery boy, but all in vain.Now OFD lock applied to the product and sitting...

I had raised a return pick up via Meesho for Order ID[protected]_1 and Ecom Express failed to pick the order. I agree I missed the call from the delivery person and within 10mins I call him back and requested to pick the item back but he denied. He promised that someone from Ecom Express assigned to my area will pick it up again, . But to my surprise, I checked the tracking details on their site with no: [protected] and the ticket is closed.br...

My order is with ecom express for days and everyday they give a new date for delivery and keeps delaying it and I need that order as early as possible but there is no customer service or exact location of the company for myself to go there and collect it and I have already paid almost full amount for the order but still no response from them please help....

The Shipment was Supposed to be Debagged at "ERUMELY - EMY", But the Status of the Shipment is Showning that Shipment Debagged at "COIMBATORE PROCESSING CENTER - CTP" So, Kindly Resolve this Issue and Deliver it to me Today Itself as Quickly as Possible as it is Urgent....
