I was expecting to receive the shipment on April 28th, 2024, and it has now been more than 15 days since the delivery failed. When I traced the AWB, it showed RTO lock and OFD Lock. Could you please explain what this means? Also, I have not received any notifications regarding this issue. The current status is 'Returned.' What does this mean, and when can I expect to receive my shipment? Additionally, when I tried contacting the customer care number at +91-[protected], it was not reachable.
