OFD lock on shipment

My product has been out for delivery since the 18th of October but 3 times in a row it is showing undelivered. No attempt at all has been made to deliver the product and no delivery person has called me.

Now its showing OFD lock applied. Please help! It is important for me to receive the product immediately

Product missing, shows under Investigation

I have ordered a product on nykka fashion which was shipped with ecom express. Tracking no. [protected].
It arrived in a city nearest to me (not the final destination) on 17th but it's 20th oct and still I haven't received the product.

I'm complaining about damaged or fake product

I am ordered combo- Bluetooth wireless earbuds Smart watch(Deal of 2) of Rs1399 (COD) but the product is damaged or fake.I want refund and return of my product otherwise I go to consumer court and do complain about this

Product not delivered. Website says afd code applied

I ordered some products nykaa app. The delivery boy didn’t reach out to me on said delivery date. App says to confirm the address and phone number so that the product can be delivered the next day. I am updating my delivery address and phone number daily now still no delivery is planned till now. Awb number is [protected]. Please resolve this as it’s getting more and more frustrating day by day...

Item not delivered and giving false statement that we did not received phone.

Product not being picked up for many days.

Jabra had arranged a pickup through Ecom express to send my earphones back to them. The pickup was scheduled on 12th October and there have been no response from the courier yet. Some of their numbers don't work at all and every day I call the robot says it will be delivered today....

Shipment got stuck and is not delivering

I order something from fireboltt webstore and my shipment was doing by Ecom express. As per the tracking id [protected] My shipment is not moving from panaji hub(nearest hub i guess) from 11 oct it was supposed to deliver on 12th oct but still now i didn’t receive that product . I have gon 2 times to all the hub near me but they are unable to track it. I have tried calling ecomm customer care no. But the didn’t receive. Mailed 2 to 3 times...

My Parcel not delivered yet

Its already been a week and I have not delivered my parcel yet. The courier service are not picking my call too. Mobile delivery issue

I ordered 2 mobiles from flipkart with exchange, exchange : one mobile is redmi y2 another is redmi 6 pro, and ordered Infinix Smart 7 * 2 from flipkart in exchange of them, Now issue is, on 6h october, 2023 courier partner came to deliver mobile whose mobile number is [protected]. Satyavedu agent said will be delivered on 7th Oct & then on 10th Oct but never received. No one called or tried to attempt.

Delayed Delivery and Misinformation

I am getting no response for my orders from Ecom Express even though it has reached the nearest hub and it is providing fake information that it attempted delivery and was unsuccessful but the truth is that they didn't even try to contact me. Now they don't have any customer care as well. I wanted my order on time and it was urgent. I am now facing so many issues due to this.

AwB I suppose, fake company. I received a product which I haven't ordered. The delivery boy told me that it was from flipkart.

Today I received a text from Ecom express about a product which I haven't ordered at all. But the delivery boy told me it was from flipkart so I received and pay 800 rs in hand. After receiving the product when I opened, it was a burkha. The actual product got delivered after 20 mins. I lost my 800 rs today for a scam. Please do something. Want my money back....

I have not ordered anything from Ecom Express. Still I'm continuously getting so many calls, messages and WhatsApp messages from 29 oct 2023. I have told that not ordered and don't want the product, they were asking for OTP to cancellation. I refused. So they are daily calling from different numbers. And asking for OTP.
