i bought a DSLR from snapdeal on 12nov 2014. product handover to courier company on 14 but still till date i have not received my product.i contacted with snapdeal buy they r saying "Your product has already shipped by the seller, however it has been delayed by the courier service due to reasons beyond our control." then who is going to take care about the product. i contacted the courier company now they are saying pls wait for another 5 days. I don't know what then hell is going on it's already more then 10 days & on site product status "In Transit". snapdeal should think about the courier service provider bcz it's effecting there customer satisfaction tag.

    I have ordered one important gift for my marraige anniversary and its not delivered on time. They have given estimated delivery date on 21-Nov-2014 but still the item is in Delhi, and its not possible to reach to Hyderabad on same day.       The WORST Logistics Company Ever used by Snapdeal.com They have listed a non working phone number on their website and Snapdeal.com partners with such a unprofessional logistics company. Even the cheapest courier company has a working phone number and they deliver on time to Metros. Damn the tracking status still shows transit for my order from last 7 days. The items are being shipped by www.snapdeal.com from Delhi. It hardly takes 4 days to deliver the products in a metro city and now after cursing them on facebook. They have told me that they have offloading issues and the shipment wil be delayed. Snapdeal.com doesnt want to cancel the order and initiate refund. Guys please be aware of ecomm express and stop buying from Snapdeal. And if any other ecom website has a tie up with ecom express dont buy from them. Their facebook page is loaded with complaints, people are waiting for their products for weeks and their guys arent remorseful. Man made a mistake buying from SNapdeal. They have lost a customer for sure and I hope they lose 1000's more.

        i have ordered a Bike body cover on Nov11th, estimated delivery date is nov 19 :D, , , , , I was checking status everyday and it was will be delivered on estimated and product never delievered till Nov 19th, , Now I'm checking status today (Nov 20), , status is "consignee not available", , No one has called till Nov 19th from this courier and they have updated like this, , , Snap deal should avoid these kind of cheaters, waste fellows, , for delivering a simple bike cover they are taking hell of 8days and still counting, , useless, , , , i should not give a single star, , need to give "-100" stars, , no other way, need to give at least one, here after i will not order anything from Snapdeal if they are going to deliver through this courier.         As i said above, i dint get product on the date, , , Then contacted Ecom customer care bad got the details of the courier office where my product is located, it is nearby 2km from my office, , I directly went there and collected it, , , looks like its a new office and not even board is there, , i found the landmark but couldnt able to find where the company is, Some people came with Ecom Tshirt followed them and found the office, , i hope i expected no has come and called me simply they updated the status as consignee not available, , , , need to improve the management and customer service.. felt like now only they are entered into business and needs time to resolve the problems.

          Hi, I am Naresh from Advantage One Group I have orders 3 HP Deskjet Ink 3545 printer and yesterday I have recived only 1 delivery from Ecom Express and taken full payment for 3 printers. I have to receive 2 more but thers is no response from Ecom Express from Hyderabad location. I want my money back for 2 printers which i spent from my pocket.                 Ordered 3 products from snap deal on 27th october. i was supposed to receive the items by 4th November. One product was shipped through blue dart which i received on the expected date. The other products which were shipped through ecom have not yet reached me. Waybill no[protected], the product has been shipped back to snap deal without making a delivery attempt. The reason for non delivery is also not updated on the website. waybill no[protected], status on the website says item is at bangalore pickup center from 5th november onwards. Today is 11th november and it has not yet reached me. Please check

                      Hi, My order no is[protected]. I have not received any communication from any courier boy. But still the status showing in your website that there is no consigee with the address. So untrue. Every week I order something and same gets delivered on perfect time. But the case is totally different in your. I wanted this order by 13 nov, but seems it will not happen with the service you provide. Please do something and deliver the same.                         My order no. is 24428507, i ordered it on 23 Oct 2014 through shopclues.The expected date was Mon-03 0r Wed-05. Still it is not yet delivered ?? Please give the exact date of delivery.I have been surfing your site which has the same status of my order as was from 8 days. Please respond to this. Is this the way u deliver the products??                           I have ordered via snap deal on Oct 29 and snapdeal shipped the consignment on 30 Oct via Ecom express. ECOM express has the tracking update where they initially told it will be delivered on 04 Nov. After 2 days they changed the delivery date to 10 Nov. I called ECOM, its not simple, you have to spend at least 20 min to get you call connected. The guy who picked told me my product will be delivered on 05 Nov. I waited, and then i called on 06th since i can see the status the product was arrived to Bangalore hub. The lady committed me on a priority bases it will be delivered to me on 06 at any cause. 06 also went for a toss. 07 i called up customer care, again a person who picked me gave me a false commitment it will be delivered to me. All the calls i told them its an office address and Sat and Sun will be holiday. I really think whether Ecom express running the office physically or things are happening virtually for time pass?? Status in ecom site is still in Transit " Shipment at Delivery location BANGALORE". AWB #[protected] Guru

I dont understand your policy, you received the product on 05 Nov, even if you walk and do the delivery it will be done on 06th. Without bluffing please tell me whether the prduct wll be delivered or not.

                            I have not received my product yet where previously when i tracked online it says that it will delivered on or before 4.Nov.2014 but now when I am tracking the product it says that it will be delivered by 10.Nov and the reason which is updated on the site as 223- Address Incomplete where i have not received any call to confirm the address. You guys have just imagined by your own that the address is incomplete. Do call before coming to property. Kindly check this information and get back ASAP

                                One of the worst eTailer and Courier service combination I found in the recent times. I bought a Cam on 15th Oct 2014 and it got delivered on 29th Oct 2014. Wonderful speed. Ecom customer service no gets connected after atleast the tenth try. Their website doesn't show the real status. They don't commit realistically. Snapdeal customer service replies "The product is already shipped from our end. The delay due to courier service is BEYOND OUR CONTROL" What does that mean? Aren't they paying to Ecom Express to deliver? Is it some red-tap bureauracy system going around here? http://billing.ecomexpress.in/track_me/multipleawb_open/?awb=[protected]&ord... I have vowed never again to buy from Snapdeal even if it means paying a bit extra to get from FlipKart or Amazon.

They Received the product on 25th October and declare est. time of delivery on 4 nov.                                         I have purchased one product from shopclues.com and they shipped it through this ecom express courier company. They Received the product on 20th October and declare est. time of delivery on 26st October. So i am supposed to received product on that day..when i track my shipment it show's only shipment in transit and they change my shipment est.del.date to 3rd Nov. after so many calls to customer care and maid complaints after received my product, if we have order baby dippers it will come after that baby's grandson purpose. it totally wasting time.People u cant deliver the time then you should not take that product. My fate one more product i have order from WHAAKY.com on Oct 31 st but they have sent that courier the same ECOM express .it suppose to come 03 Nov 2014 . i track my shipment it show's only shipment in connecting But no updation in connecting condition... When I contacted customer care many times. still line busy occur's..very poor services by ecom...
