Hello,

I am raising an urgent complaint regarding my Ekart delivery.

Tracking Number: [FMPP[protected]]
Order Date: [Sun, 3rd Aug '25]
Marked Delivery Date: [Thu, 7th Aug '25]

The shipment status shows “Delivered, ” but I have not received the package. I have checked with neighbors and building security, but no delivery was made to me.

I have tried contacting Ekart via:
• Emails ([protected]@ekartcourier.com, [protected]@ekartlogistics.com) – undeliverable.
• Phone numbers – not connecting.
• Website – no working support option.

This is a serious issue and suggests either a delivery error or possible package misplacement.

I request:
1. Immediate investigation and proof of delivery (POD) with receiver’s signature or delivery photo.
2. Clear explanation of where my package is.
3. Urgent resolution and delivery of my order or a refund confirmation.

Please treat this matter as urgent and respond promptly.

    Status shows product delivered but it was never delivered

    I ordered Borosil lunch box sets (two sets of 4 tiffins)which was prepaid, i was at office when delivery attempt was made . I asked the executive to give product to my neighbour and shared OTP since i was amidst a work meeting.
    When i came back, no delivery was made.
    E kart and flipkart both refuse to give me delivery executive’s number...

    It was online order booked at https://krisandjohn.in website (flagged by Google Ads in Mobile browser) on 26-Jun-2025 for Order # TD176635 that consist of 3 striped Shirts of Size M, Half Sleeve (FS 118).

    On 30-Jun-2025 Delivery parcel FSPC[protected] contained wrong and junk item from Ekart via Fship. Ladies clothes delivered in place of Gents striped shirts.

    Quality of materials very old and in bad condition

    3 shirts pkt received today. The Ekart Courier Boy forced me to pay the cash (COD) as I had opened the parcel. Without opening how do I know what is the condition of the shirts. (cheated by packing old shirts).

    I placed an order on Myntra, which was scheduled to be delivered by 12th June 2025. However, I did not receive the product, even though the delivery status was updated as "Delivered" in the app.

    When I contacted the logistics team, they claimed that I had received and confirmed the delivery over a phone call, which is not true. I clearly explained the situation and informed them that the delivery agent marked the order as delivered without actually delivering it.

    I have been trying to get in touch with the delivery agent, and from the information I received, the product is still at the hub. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution.

    I request an urgent investigation into this issue and expect the product to be delivered or a full refund to be processed at the earliest.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing this letter to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery and continued delay of a product ordered through your platform.

      I had placed an order for a Samsung 653 L, 3 Star, Frost Free, Double Door, Convertible 5-in-1 Digital Inverter, Side By Side AI Enabled Smart Refrigerator with WiFi (Model: RS76CG8003S9HL, Silver, Refined Inox) on 14th June 2025, along with the exchange of my old refrigerator. The original delivery date was 15th June 2025.

      On the scheduled delivery day, the delivery agent visited my home, physically verified the exchange item, and confirmed its value matched the one declared at the time of purchase. He informed me that the new refrigerator would be delivered within 1–2 hours. However, to my surprise, the delivery was cancelled abruptly, with the reason cited as “heavy load.”

      After that, I was unable to reach the delivery agent. Upon contacting Flipkart customer care, I was informed that even they were unable to connect with the delivery agent or the delivery hub. The delivery date was then arbitrarily shifted to 18th June 2025.

      Meanwhile, the escalation department of Flipkart contacted me 3–4 times, each time making fake promises that the issue would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours, yet no resolution was provided. I also reached out multiple times to your customer care for updates regarding the status of my product, but received no specific or helpful information.

      Adding to the frustration, I was informed that Flipkart’s service representatives, escalation teams, and even higher escalation support do not have any provision to escalate the matter to a senior authority, nor do they have any contact details to connect with a senior official to bring the matter to their notice.

      Despite several follow-ups, no concrete solution has been offered, and after 18th June, the delivery date was again changed to 22nd June 2025—without any explanation or assurance.

      This ongoing issue has caused significant inconvenience, particularly as the refrigerator was urgently needed for an upcoming family function. The lack of accountability, poor customer support, and repeated delays are completely unacceptable and damaging to the reputation of Flipkart and its service partners.

      Following this, I was unable to reconnect with the delivery agent, and when I contacted Flipkart Customer Care, they also failed to establish contact with both the delivery agent and the logistics hub.

      Subsequently, the delivery date was updated to 18th June 2025, but the issue remained unresolved. Despite assurances from Flipkart's escalation department—who contacted me 3–4 times and promised resolution within 24 hours—no action was taken, and I still received no update regarding the actual location or status of my product. To my dismay, after 18th June, the expected delivery date was again pushed to 22nd June 2025, without any explanation or assurance.

      This entire experience has caused considerable inconvenience, especially since the refrigerator was urgently needed for a family function. I am disappointed with the lack of transparency, poor coordination, and failure to honor the committed timelines, which reflect poorly on the service standards of both Flipkart and its associated delivery partners.

      I kindly request immediate intervention to:

      Expedite the delivery of my purchased product without further delay.

      Provide a clear explanation and written response regarding the reasons for the repeated failures.

      Ensure accountability of the delivery personnel and local logistics team involved.

      Please treat this as an official complaint. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further, including lodging a grievance with the appropriate consumer forum.

        Wrong material delivered

        Parcel got stolen by the delivery guy

        Hi, I had ordered some Medicines from Tata 1mg and they delivered them through Ekart logistics. The delivery agent called up to ask the OTP which I shared with him assuming that he must have had arrived at my doorstep. But, later when I came back home and asked for the parcel, it was nowhere. Nobody at the given location had recieved anything. Even they told that No delivery boy had come at that address so far. Those medicines are very important and needed urgently. This order had Already took almost 1 week to get delivered, now I m not in the state to wait for more, moreover unfortunately those Medicines are not available in local medical stores. Now the patient's fate is in Ekart's hands, Because I have tried many ways to trace the delivery agent who asked me for the OTP, but neither Tata 1mg nor Ekart logistics is sharing any contact details of that person so that I could ask him where and with whom he had dropped the parcel.
