I bought a HAVELLS Efficiencia Neo 1200 mm BLDC Motor 3 Blade Ceiling Fan (cost Rs 2306 after discount) along with other items from flipkart with total order amount Rs 5284 and the order id is OD[protected] on 26 july. Customer support executive told me that refund of defective product purchased on 26th june has been initiated on 12th AUG and will reflect in my bank account within 3 to 5 business days but refund has still not been initiated. seller is intentionally delaying the refund and flipkart is not responding too. seller name is GRAHGOODS RETAIL.

I am Kunal Kishore. Just ordered a samsung smartwatch active 2 by my friend's flipkart login id by 25 Aug 2021. Order no is OD[protected]. The product was for wanakbori thermal power station Gujarat 388239.
Product has delivered at the given address, which is a hardware store. When I open the Box, 4 member was there, when I opened the box there is nothing inside the box.

I had made one transaction of amount rs 400/- via gpay on 25/07/2021 to Flipkart. The money got deducted from my account successfully.
