Foodpanda — refund initiate by foodpanda but still not showing in my bank account

I mr chayan basu, residing at 8, subal chandra lane kolkata-700009... I got a refund from foodpanda on 09/12/18 of rs.60.48/- in my united bank of india sb a/c no:[protected]... Transaction id
P1812092021423097158974... But i still didnot received the amount in my bank account... Pls solve it quickly... My mobile number [protected]...
Food and a always does that... After i given the order they accept the payment through online and then made payment & order cancel

Order cancelled by restaurant and after that restaurant changes the minimum order amount to ₹299.
It was my first time I have ordered from foodpanda but it was my worst experience.

I need the same order at the same rate I am not going to give any extra amount for that.

My order no.ikyq-fnwu was cancelled on 24 nov 2018 but money was not refunded.Kindly solve the problem
