auto renewal without my permission

I had taken a 1 month gaana + plan and after then the co has been auto deducting the amount from my credit card.

I want to stop this auto deducting immediately. I tried doing it through sms but it is saying you have not taken any vad.

This is a complete loot from this fraud company, how can they deduct monry without taking my permission. Moreover they don't have any customer care number and it is not possible...

I want to deactivate auto renewal on my gaana account. I chat with your team they don't replying me anymore. I also told them to deactivate my account but they dont. And my money was cut again and again. Please refund my money either i will do police complaint to gaana. And deactivate auto renewal plan of 99/month. I dont like gaana. Because of your rude staff & rude employee...

Dear gaana service provider i here by inform you i have taken subscription gana plus for one year up to 21.10.2019 but your app has been disabled last day since one month is still pending
Many time i complaint for your worst service but no resolution has been provided even after you stopped my service before 01 month. It is highly disappointed it's a digital loot....

complaint forum concern

I had been a member of the gaana plus subscription for the past 1 year. I had a great experience in using gaana, that is till they auto-renewed my gaana plus subscription without my permission.

I had turned off auto-renew while buying into the subscription, as well as elsewhere where it was asked. I would've loved to continue with their services however, i'm not comfortable in buying the subscription at this moment in time....

Also mailed them but no reply.

subscription of one year expired in 121 days

I purchased subscription of gaana worth ₹149 on 6th may 2019 and today (4th sep 2019) i tried to login but it says u r a free user. I contacted them but they didn't respond. They respond once and said there is no account with your email. But in notification of gaana apk there is a notification of purchasing. Once this isuue happened that time they fixed but now they are not taking any response....

regarding subscription plan

I subscribed 1 yrs (One year) gaana plan on 13 february 2019. For this plan they had charged rs 399.00 on my axis bank a/c, & its charge id is pur/www gaana com/gurgaon/0000000000000000000000000/seq no[protected]. Recently i have bought new mobile phone but now this plan aren't working on new phone.
So please solve this problem as soon as possible....

Hello i really want to delete my gaana account permanently please do it as early as possible. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com please delete my gaana account permanently as soon as possible it is very important to be deleted as it is creating some personal problem to me. gaana subscription auto renewed without my permission

Hi,

I have taken one-month gaana subscription package, after that, they are renewing the plan without asking me, even i could not able unsubscribe the plan.

I could not able to remove my card details from gaana.com.

They are not responding to calls and chat. Please take a complaint against them.

Please help me to stop the renewal of one-month package....

wrongly charged rs 399. fraudulent act

I redeemed a coupon from gaana and cancelled trial period before given time limit for renewal but this gaana app charged me rs 399 wrongly. I'm damn sure that i did not opt for renewal. I tried to get in touch with them but somehow i talked on their customer support then they declined to give me refund. Seriously pathetic. Beaware guys, they wont entertain your query. Baaki aapki marzi. I'm gonna take it legal....

unauthorized purchase (fraud)

Last night gaana.com has debited 399/- rs. From my credit card without any prior notification or reminder. This is fully unauthorized charge i never set auto renewal on my account.
I have chatted with them but no response from their side.

Worst experience happen 1st time with me. Gaana.com is not trust full now. They have down their value now. I will never suggest anyone to use gaana.com now and those who using gaana.com...

gaana.com charging card without authorization

Gaana.com has made an unauthorized charge of rs. 399/- to my credit card even when no direct purchase was ever made with the card on gaana.com. The charge was also done without pin/otp as prescribed by rbi and hence in violation.

How gaana.com got hold of the card details and have gone ahead and charged without authorization appears fraudulent.

This amounts to fraud and gaana.com should give up such dubious ways...

I used paytm offer of gaana plus and get 3 months subscription. To get this offer i have to give my card details. Since then i am checking how can i unsubscribe and disable auto-renewal. I am not able to understand why users have limited access. Why we do not have option in gaana app either for disable auto renewal. Every app has these options for users. (Ex. Amzon prime they even refunded the money in 24 hours if you want to stop subscription...

I have gaan + sonyliv subscription for one year and sonyliv is not working

I have gaan + sony liv subscription for one year.. My sony liv subscription is not working.. someone from customer support gave me code GN1YCLGFd9FY which is not working. And when I contact them second time no one is respond. I am continually sending message since half hour and there is no reply. And now they say our working hours are over.

money gets debited from my account but subscription not working

I have purchased gana+ yearly subscription at rs.299 using itunes.
After a year it's get renewed automatically. Rs.299 was debited from my account and i also get auto renewal confirmation mail from apple.
But subscription isn't working at all.
Apple invoice order id is mnm5000htb and document no. Is[protected]. Kindly resolve the issue asap....

refund for gaana plus

I am an undergraduate student and have no income source. Yesterday unknowingly ganna took 399rs for its ganna subscription. I don't want any subscription. I had already told them about my mistake and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as i am a student with no source of income.

complaint regarding gaana plus account.

Hii, my name is Gaurav Sangwan, I used my 50 Flipkart plus coins to get Gaana Plus subscription for 3 months on 30th July, 2019
But when I am pasting the code in gaana coupons it is showing that user ID is invalid.
In my Flipkart coin balance it is showing that 50 coins has been deducted and you have claimed your offer for Gaana subscription for 3 months.Please solve my problem as soon as possible......

fraudulent transaction by gaana+

Hi,

There has been a fraudulent transaction by Gaana+ from my paytm account when I had never requested for auto renewal. This is a fradulant transaction without my consent. Moreover the subscription amount of Rs 399 has been charged twice (i.e. Total of Rs 798 charged to me)

I don't want to renew Gaana+ anymore. There are no subscription details available anywhere. I am unable to understand how the charges...

Hi,
I registered my self on gaana with free coupon of 3 month after that app asked me to attach card details to register with a free coupon then i registered with it doesn't mentioned that after 3 month they will auto debit my card i used the app for 1 month i didn't like it much then left it as it is suddenly got a message that gaana app debitted my card i am trying contacting them through emails and calls not even single interaction...
