not able to use sony liv

deleting my account

I want to delete my gaana.com account permanently because i have another one already

Account needs to be deleted is made with email id - [protected]@gmail.com

However there is no option of deleting it from website or app

Also there is no way to contact gaana customer care

Please help in deleting

I had subscribed to gaana plus for 3 months with freecharge voucher but then i was charged money for one year subscription without any intimation. I want my money refunded as i was not asked about this nor was any hint given to me regarding this. gaana + (fraud transaction)

I am student. I recieved a coupon code in flipkart + for 3 month gaana subscription. Then i went on to gaana.com for applying the coupon but gaana did not accept my card showing error like (Standing instruction not supported on your card). Then i saw the student plan for₹150 per year. I subscribed for it, it asked me for my id card and ensured my student status and i paid ₹150 but it showed error in transaction but money has been deducted...

unauthorized credit card charges

I was a subscriber of gaana.com & got a voucher of the same to use your services for 3 months. I was told that this pack it not auto renewal & you wont be charge anything after 3 months & this free subscription will be expire & deactivate automatically from your account.

account deletion request.

I want to close & delete gaana account permanently. But no one responding from gaana. Help me in closing the account.in gaana platform, there is no option to change email id or mob number. The old mail id registered in the account was not in used stage & also been deleted. The mobile also rarely used. Thats why, i want to delete the account permanently, but gaana customer care is not responsive. So please delete my account.

gaana+ subscription amount charged

Hello team,

I have subscribed for free 3 months subscription previously when i got the offer from Paytm.

I was forced to add my credit card details to get that free subscription but intimated that I will be notified through sms/email when I need to get renewal.

complaint about deletion of my gaana account

Through this notice, I would like to draw your attention that, I would like to delete my Gaana Account as soon as possible. I've tried logging into my account through the website as per the given instructions. But, I am unable to even login to my own account. I don't know what the problem really is. Nothing seems to work, while everything else on every other website seemed to have worked well. Therefore, your kind help is awfully necessary....

This is regarding gaana+ subscription for which i did payment in 24th june'19 with bank reference id[protected] and payu id - [protected].

My registered email id with gaana is - [protected]@gmail.com

The payment of rs. 399 was successful, however gaana+ subscription is still not active. I've been following up via app chat option, but no luck.

Can someone please look into this...

i subscribed for 499 rs plan, (gaana plus sony liv premium subscriptions for 1 yr)

I subscribed for 499rs plan, (Gaana plus + sony live premium subscriptions for 1yr) on 16th july 2019 on gaana.com

Did not get any coupon code to be entered in the sony liv app.

I just got an email from sony liv to verify email address... But no coupon code, as they mentioned in the scheme on gaana app

I logged in sony live with the email address verified through their mail, but the premium content...

Today i received a message from hdfc bank that rs.399 has been deducted from my account. I don't want to renew gaana+ anymore. I made my payment through credit card. There is no subscription available at google play store also. It was without my concern. That was very fraudy behavior from gaana side.

I want my full money refunded.

not able to download songs even on having gaana+ subscription

I recently changed my phone, when I installed Gaana on new phone I am not able to download any songs also not able to sync songs from old device. I have active 6 months Gaana+ subscription valid till September still I have to face this Issue.
Whenever I try to download the song it asks to redownload everytime
Please either solve this issue or refund me....

This is with regard to the payment of rs. 99 done just a few mins back. I made the payment and logged out and logged in again as per the email received, but i'm unable to download and instead it keeps asking for more payment even after logging out and in again and again.

This is absolutely unprofessional. Either give access to download and return the money back to my account.

Need a response immediately....

There's no option to cancel the auto renewal as well. Please refund this amount and cancel the auto renewal as earliest.

Yearly subscription amount will be deducted with out informing customers. There is no option to cancel auto renewal other than email or chat. Chat support is not responsive...

gaana.com unauthorized deduction from credit card for renewal

Gaana has deducted rs 399 from my hdfc credit card without my consent. This really ridiculous and fraudulent act by gaana.com. Refund my money asap. I have been using its trial version and at that time told me by gaana that subscription amount would be charged after my permission only. But now today i have received massage for deduction of 399 rs. Attached the message which i got
This is looting act. Now i want my money back....

auto renew and debited amount two times

I am not using gaana services nor i wish to use them in future.
The amount of rs 399 is debited twice on the same date (9 july 2019) from my account.
I want you to return my amount at the earliest and cancel the subscription.
The company is not replying to phone calls and emails..
The customer support is pathetic..

extra charges by gaana

First i took a subscription of students pack of ₹149 payment was done later i was charged ₹399 and ₹149 and the money was cut automatically i have paid ₹550 for a student this is tooo much gaana has taken my money unnecessarily please refund my money and yes i don’t think the app should charge money like this i hope my money is refunded because paying ₹550 extra for a subscription of ₹149 is too much especially as a student...
