They have charged rs.399 for a subscription themselves and didn't even take permission from me. I haven't used the app. I even reached to their chat support and they just denied it. I want my money back. And even according to their own policies, they don't charge the auto renewal from credit card. I want my money back.
And also according to new RBI guidelines, no firm can charge a credit card without permissions

Today Around 6 55 pm I Subscribed Ganna Students Pack.But Due Server's Late Reply I Could Not Understood Whether The Pack Was Active Or Not.So While Downloading Song The App Was Asking For Re 1 To Download Songs.I Mistakenly Again transacted Re 1.After 10 Mins A Message Came That My Re 1 Ganaa Pack Has Got Activated Over Student Pack Of Rs 149. My Rs 149 And And Re 1 Both Got Deducted.Now It Is Showing That My One Month Ganaa Plus Is Active...

After using ganna application i got really impressed and went for a 6 subscription by using flipkart coins but i realized that i got jacked up as soon i applied for the subscription by using 50 flipkart coins this application stopped working. Fake gaana application, i lost my coins trusting gaana. Please get this resolved to my satisfaction so that i can continue using the application.

1. My email id "mahendra. [protected]@gmail.com" is not working and says my password is invalid

2. I have tried resetting my password but the link that gaana.com have sent me just goes back to the login page

3. Though i have paid a 6 month subscription of gaanaplus until september 2019:-
- the app keeps saying that i am a free user.
- i am not able to download songs and the app starts asking for more...

I just got an email from sony liv to verify email address... But no coupon code, as they mentioned in the scheme on gaana app

I started ganna+ trial. I just saw my cc statement that auto-renewal fee for gaana+ subscription was deducted from my cc. My request is to stop auto renewal subscription and initiate process to refund the amount deducted without my consent or prior notice/message. Also look into the matter, how come, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent...

I, tanmoy mitra, subscribed to gaana plus pack for 12 months for rs 499. 1st transaction didn't result in successful subscription. I then tried 2nd time on the same day 17 may 2019 from my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. This time it was successful. I waited for the refund of extra 499 rupees amount for 10 days or so.. Kindly remedy my situation at the earliest....

Hi, some time before i have checked into my account if there is any auto renewal activity on in my account, and at that time, no activation status is being shown, and i tried every possible way to check and deactivate that service, but i did not found anything. Eventually i thought that no service is activated and no money will be deducted from my account, but somehow it happened and i felt cheated at that time...

Sir/ madam, i have paid rs99/- two times for one month subscription on 29.04.2019. I have requested for refund of one amount rs99/- which was excess paid /deducted from my credit card.
I wrote nearly 22 mails no action has been taken by your team to refund the amount. They wrote that two times amount received but want account number for refund.
I wrote let them close all my accounts and refund.
Meaning less replies...

I have renewed my gaana subscription on 12 may 2019 of rs. 499. Normally the amount is 299 rs but there is another offer of gaana + sonyliv subscription which costs 499rs. I took the same subscription and my gaana.com renewed but still didn't get the sonyliv subscription code yet. And this fraud company also doesn't have any contact information so that anybody can contact them. Also i mentioned the same issue in play...

Gaana app and gaana.com is looting company.
These gaana management people are looting money from my account without my permission and without making any calls and taking any permission from us.

I am shocked, how they are accessing my credit card details and looting my money.

Kindly stop this harassment and looting money.
