deducted amount for one assist without my concern

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 0624 without my concern on date:11/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/- and rs. 100/- for interest amount.

poor service

They said they will close it within 7 days but my reimbursement a/c is not closed yet also wen i'm trying to contact through phone banking they aren't responding for long time and wen they are connecting they say that they are transferring the call at other department and they end up the call.

I got credit card ending with 7725 two days ago and has been debited with rs.1299/- towards one assist membership fee on 17/oct/2017.

While filling credit card online form, i specifically declined that service and also intimated the hdfc executive about it. I also didnt get any call to activate this one assist membership. But they automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

personal loan

I have taken a personal loan of rs.10, 50, 000/- from hdfc bank during august 2016. I have paid the emis on regular basis without any default. I wanted to preclose the loan account and approached the bank for the same. They asked me to pay pre-closure charges of rs.42000 @4.72 per cent apart from outstanding loan amount of rs.8, 72, 000/-. I have contancted bank customer care and physically went bank branch for waiver of these penal charges....

merchant processed refund but refund is not received back on hdfc bank credit card.

I'm disputing 599.00rs of 839.00rs. I bought fashion cult been cotton and lycra slim fit trouser for 839rs. Paytm order #[protected]. I used my hdfc bank credit card. I returned the item on august 20th, 2017. Paytm processed the refund on august 22nd, 2017 for 599rs. hdfc bank payzapp - transfer money to wrong account

On 16th oct and 17th oct, i transferred 10, 000 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].

I visited both the banks on 17th and told them the incident in details.
