I used the app to transfer money of rs. 5000/- to sbi bank account no. On 08/oct/2017 at 03:15 am. The transaction (Id:[protected]dq23jr4) was timed out however account id debited with no credit to my sbi account. Notification was given for refund processing in % days but no refund reflected in payzapp account.

I tried to call payzapp customer care number [protected] but every times it is not connected as it was either...

Nd oct 9, 908 rupees wasn't approved, on oct 10 payment of 908 was also deducted frm my account, i want you to kindly initiate the process of refunding my payment. My name is hardik mankad. I am using credit card of hdfc bank. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Credit card company asking for payment of rs. 18388 while there was refund credited in my card before due date of bill payment. But that credit amount is not adjusted against due.
Moreover i have been charged rs. 750 as late pmt fees for 4 days. I was not informed about any such charges while taking card. And how too much high charges...

Hi team, i would like to bring to your notice that in ahmedabad branch vrm dept executives are been tortured since long by senior executives and management. Executives are forced to even come on weekends and on public holidays wherein supervisors won't be coming in and we are asked to login from another domain so that comp offs are not generated and on regular basis we are asked to extend shifts by couple of hours even the female executives...

When i checked the status of my application, it is showing as disapproved. What does that mean? If my application is rejected, i would like to know the reason for rejection. Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

I did not get any call to activate one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs. 1299 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ending with 8637) on 9th october 2017. Also on 11th october 2017 they have deducted rs. 118 without my knowledge/consent.

Please do needful to refund the charge.

I had taken an auto-loan no. 428222 dated nov-2003, i have repaid the instalments honestly and the loan was closed in nov-2008. The outstanding principal and interest is zero as per hdfc bank records.

Now hdfc is demanding excess payments and charges which was not communicated to me during the period, it is illegal to demand excess payment and blackmail for issue of noc. I believe that this as wrong code of conduct by the bank....

Tried to load inr 14000, with rbl card, after entering otp, status was app has a error, time of transaction was 8.43 pm, but money deducted from account.
I have contacted hdfc pay zapp through email, they informed that money will be refunded within five working days & will recive commnication form customer care within 24 hrs, but i did not receive any communication from customer care executive

I have paid by cash to amazon and they have refunded it my bank account.
I have seen amazon has initiated my refund on 13th sep 2017 but still i have not got my refund back. I have the reference number also.
And none of the hdfc customer care is receiving the call on [protected]
