1st time rs 1130 has deducted from my account for non maintenance of low balance. Then visited my home branch for querying everything. There bank representative shilpi garg told me that if you will deposit more rs 10000 again and log request to return the deducted amount. Then i will get the deducted amount back within a week. After deposit rs 11000 i have logged request online as well as visited so many branches to return...

I was using a hdfc bank edc machine from long time.
When i had taken edc machine bank had given me circular of charges. I had confirm with them while taking edc machine.
After 1-2 years in may 2017 bank had charged in my account.in september while i was checking my mini statement then i come to know that every month low uses charges is dedected may 2017. Every bank must have to inform there customer by any communication way...

Hi team,

I tried to book irctc train ticket on oct 10th 2017 through hdfc netbanking. The transaction was failed twice due to no response from bank. And an amount of rs. 3450 was debited from my hdfc bank account twice. I did not receive any refund yet.

I have a hdfc saving account with zero balance. I am not using the account since more then one year and i am charged with inr600/- quarterly. At the time of account opening the bank executive never told me about such charges. Now the bank has made an overdue of approximately inr8000/- rupees on the account in minus balance. Sometime back amount of inr4000/- was transferred to this account and its automatically adjusted...

I got an hdfc credit card last year. A month later i got priority pass with the card. I was told that i can avail two complementary lounge visits per quarter. It seems later their policy changed but i was not intimated about it. I used the priority pass on 22nd july and i got a charge of inr 1700+taxes in september months's statement. I tried to call customer care but they are saying that i don't have any option other than paying the bill....
