I applied for moneyback credit card but i wrongly got diners club international (Rewardz) credit card. I want to know the reason.

I posted the query regarding this issue. They explained me i am applied the credit online but i am not sure and something happened in backend.

Now they deduct 1500 amount in the credit card and they advice to pay the amount in smart emi 3 months. For your information i am not apply...

I suffer to much problem regarding banking process. I have a account in hdfc bank. My account no is [protected]. I did not get atm otp number yet although i received my atm card on 14/09/2017. I am a hdfc bank credit card holder.

The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 4841 without my concern on date:18/09/2017.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.

So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

He called me again within 5 mints. This is with reference to my hdfc life policy no.[protected]Photo of policy document attached).

I had bought this policy in 2014 and it was sold to me by hdfc representative. I was told that its a minimal investment per month and benefits are very good. I was given a sheet with hdfc life logo and break up of investment with returns.

My name is rajveer singh. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs 878 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee-smartemi ln# 296916".

I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation...

Hdfc bank has provide me with a complimentary priority pass, for which they have the offer of 12 complimentary lounge access in the airports.
And i suddenly see that i was charged for the same without any prior notice.
This is not a fair behaviour from the bank.
And if i contact the customer care service they are playing musical chairs between them and priority pass people....

I transfer rs. 500 on september 12, 2017 from hdfc bank to payzapp wallet. Amount is deducted from my hdfc bank account but it is not credited in payzapp account. I tried to contact customer care number but it always busy no any response is getting by email also. After completion of 7 day no any kind of help is getting from payzapp. For the same i contact to hdfc customer care executive they said no issue from the hdfc bank....

The charges of rs. 1754.73 debited on 04.09.2017 pertaining to pp lounge fees 31052017 bom are wrongly debited and included in the statement. We have not used airport lounge on that day. Pl. Arrange to reverse the charges under advise to us. We have requested to toll free numbers so many times but the charges are yet not reversed. Pl. Look into the matter.
