I made a payment of rs.10999 by using hdfc debit card on flipkart
But while doing payment there is an error and my funds were deducted but there is nothing in the order summary on flipkart
I immediately contact with flipkart but they told that we was not received any amount you was telling
Please help me

I am taking two wheeler loan on your bank. I pay the repayment bank mode. I am maintain repayment amount month first day on my bank account. 22 emi paid last emi next month. Today 10:19 pm one message received on my number that message mentioned payment of overdue charge. I maintain excess cash from month first day to fifteen day. Other wise how to your bank collect overdue charge. I need an explanation on very immediately......

Today, i received a message from hdfc bank that an amount of rs. 725/- is overdue towards outstanding fees and charges on my hdfc auto loan vide loan a/c no.[protected]. My emis are always on time and auto-debited from my sbi salary account.

They are charging undue fees without any reason. Kindly see and resolve. It shows gross inefficiency and manipulation at your part.

On 21 september 2017 an amount of rupees 177 deducted from my account without my knowledge! When i enquire on net banking about this it will show the narration 3rd party cash txn inc gst 040917-mir[protected] and the refrence number is mir[protected]! And even i did not recieve any msg on my cell phone regarding the deduction of amount from my account!

Kindly resolve the same...

I have been using hdfc credit card (Regalia card) and priority pass for the last 2 yrs, whenever i am travelling in india, to access the lounge privilege that the card offers me. Am shocked to receive a statement where they have charged 1759/- as lounge fees, when i was travelling from kolkata to mumbai on 20th august, 2017. I have been charged 84.46 rs with this description.

As far as i can understand with the abbreviations, international (Intl) atm withdrawal (W/d) is what it is charging for. But the fact is i never been to any international place, so how can i be charged for international atm withdrawal and that too without notifying me prior to charging the amount.

I occasionally do withdrawals but that is only from atm nearby...

This is a real harassment by your bank when it comes to payment of your credit card payment. Few months back i already had a word with your executives regarding my outstanding payment and as discussed over the phone, amount of around rs 53000 inr in order to close this card. And when i last spoke to your customer care executive as per her the outstanding balance will be waived and only a payment of rs500-700 will be needed....
