I have made fund transfer of rs 5000 from payzapp app to my saving account on[protected] the transaction get failed and money didn't credited to my payzapp wallet. I have called to customer care no [protected] many times but it is in waiting always i tried to mail my problem but didnt get any satisfactory reply pls refund my money as soon as possible....

I have lost my credit card in the month of sep'16 and also have applied it on the same month to get a new card. Its almost been a year but i haven't got any single update on my card then please let me know how can you expect me to pay the amount on time with out any details atleast for a courtesy you guys would have keep me posted on time. I had a personal loan with hdfc bank. My loan account number is 29696940. The loan is already closed. But by sending several reminders bank not even sent the loan closure letter (Noc). If i called costumer care or email then no response from bank.
I request here to all people don't ever go for any type of loan from hdfc bank. I have never seen such a waste and fraud service from bank.

The bank has charged me rs 885 for depository charges for august on demat account which isn't used by me ever. Please refund the money or let me know if anything needs to be done from my side.

Hi my name is malla reddy. Today at 12:58pm, i got a message from bank that inr 9, 850.69 dr to a/c xxx towards dc intl atm w/d markup gst 010917. Wherein i did not even go abroad. Seriously its a blunder from hdfc. How can they just deduct such money from customers account. When i called customer care they said that they logged in complaint and it will take 7 working days from complaints department to tell why it was deducted....

These two continuously made a fool of me by delaying it.

I did a transaction from payzapp on 10/09/2017, in which i tried to move money from payzapp account to my bank account, while doing so i entered wrong ifsc code, hence the transaction got failed, but the money was deducted from my account, which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support is not providing any satisfactory answers. It should have been refunded within 5 working days, please check....

I have transferred rs.5000 from my personal savings account to my payzapp account but the transaction got failed. But the money was debited from my bank account. I have raised a complaint mail to payzapp immediately but i received only a system generated mail. It is 9 days since this happened i'm yet to receive refund or any proper reply from hdfc.....

I pay to credit card rupees 2000 but it shows that the a availability is only increased of ruprees 1100.. I don't know why?
I check some places online but there shows that the only possible cause is i paid the last statement after the due date. But i know this clearly i paid the due on that very day of the last month. Or if this is the only cause they my bill was above 10000 so late fine will be 750 but extra 150 is debited....

My transaction for rs.10, 000/- but the amount was debited from my bank account. As per their timelines and policy i waited for 5 business days and contacted my bank for a charge back. The bank asked me for a reference number.

For that i have been endlessly calling payzapp on their tollfree number and have dropped them 10+ emails.

Their toll free number is busy 24/7 and the e-mail i sent haven't been replied...
