Hdfc bank — cancellation of credit card

Sir,
We hereby inform you that i am hdfc credit card holder having credit card no.[protected].
We already send mail & hard copy to cancel our credit card so many times but they ignored that matter & didn't even replied at once.
We request you to pl do the need full & oblidge in this matter

Two transcations, one on 02/07/2017 for rs3353.65 and other on 03/07/2017 for rs3340.85 was done from my credit card ending with 5112 at google *colop. I have not made any such transactions. These transactions are fraud or mistake. I got my credit card blocked on 04/07/2017 and got a new credit card.
I lodged complaint to customer care and requested not to bill this amount. However latest statement reflects amount charged.

I am constantly getting calls from hdfc bank that our loan has approved. I am not interested in taking loans. Despite informing them in each and every call to not call us regarding the loans, we are continuously getting calls. It is creating mental stress especially when we are expecting important calls. It is affecting us professionally and personally also it is creating lot of stress....

I am arunima silsarma, a credit card holder in hdfc bank which was attached with the salary account. Now presently i am not working, each month they sending an additional amount. I repeatedly called them regarding it, each time they promised to look after it, but no changes took place and the amount has increased. I will not the able to pay the amount and would like to terminate the credit card and the adjust the amount due....

But in my a/c amount deducted twice. The same i informed them. They told that 1st transaction will be refund from hdfc bank. But as of now i didn't received any refund....

Amit rameshbhai parmar and my account no is [protected], mithapur branch, gujarat. On 30th june 2017 hdfc bank had deducted rs 862 for credit card annual charges. But till date i am not activated my credit card and i haven't my password or not any usage. So without prior information and without usage how can they take the action. I want my money return in my hdfc bank account and not require your credit card. Please take back and refund...

Inspite of the gr from the govt of india, mea on allowing photo passbooks of private banks which enlists the name of hdfc bank, as address proof for passport application, the bank employees, their customer care operators are totally unaware of this and refuse to issue any for salary accounts. According to rbi /2006-07/139, dbod. No. Leg. Bc.32 /09.07.005/2006-07 banks are liable to provide photo passbooks to all the savings account holders....

I have tried calling credit card team for 3times and all my attempts are waste, your people say that my card is not eligible for emi.

Till date the dmat ac is not open nor i have received any well come kit. I feel because of delay in process opportunity loss by me. Other bank giving be better service.
