Hello sir due to carona i am statying in my village i can't go to bank and close my account. I am not using any of your services from past 3 yrs. But every year they are charging am paying. This time they charged -1400. I dont even have hdfc debit card and credit card. I request you please close my account...

hdfc bank got a message that my transaction using atm/debit card has been reversed/credited, but the amount is not reflecting in my bank account

Fraud has been done

I ananya kaushik from shahdol had applied for back office job and got call for interview they claim that they are from hdfc bank head office and they asked for registration fees and security deposit and the name has been told was jatin raghav hr deputy manager of head office.
Got call from phone number-[protected]
Near about rs 14000 has beed already paid in the name of bank formalities.
Kindly look into this issue....

I applied for hdfc fastag (Hfr[protected] online on 9/9/2020. The wallet is activated but have not yet received the rfid sticker. Customer care number[protected] is not accepting call since once week....

Fraud has been done

I ananya kaushik hereby informed you that i have registered for job and then i got call and they claim that they are from hdfc bank and they did all the formalities and asked to pay in the name of registration fees and security deposit and then in the name of account opening.
They took near about rs 14000/-

Unnecessary charges to me

Dear sir/madam

My name is omprakash saroj and my credit card no [protected] since holding last 12 to 13 years. Last oct-nov 2019 i try for settlement but not settled from bank till date so outstanding amt. 62000 till date i have already paid monthly installment before 2019 monthly basis but april 2019 he deduct my hole salary without intimation and i have send mail so many times to hdfc customer care but not any reply...

hdfc ulip pension plan

I was mis-sold a pension policy by my so called'relationship manager'. He and his boss were continually after me to buy this policy and quoting it's numerous (Non-existent) benefits.

They would have obviously known that this policy was not for me, but they wanted their commission and promotion. They were only thinking about how they will benefit.

They are snakes, lying snakes. Beware.

Rs 2599 deduction without intimation

On every year 27th september, the amount of rs 2599 is deducted from my account without any intimation (Without asking pin or otp). It is showing like it is done by cponeassis pos debit. I don't want this kind of services. Please deactivate this kind of services for my account prior to this year deduction....

depository charges for demat account

I have never asked hdfc bank to open any demat account for me or activate it. I have never in my life used hdfc demat account.
Hdfc has debited 885 rs from my salary account towards demat depository charges. I have never asked hdfc to open, activate or deactivate any demat account. My hdfc customer id is 39663561. Kindly help....

harassment from customer care

R/sir,

Today i have received a call from mrs. Archana customer care hdfc credit card mob no:[protected]
She advice me that hdfc bank is sending welcome kit by debiting rs 8999/- in my credit card ac. But i refused to don't send any kit to me because i can not pay the said amt & i have no need of this kit.
She use rough language & forced me.
Please help me.

payout policy no.13092317

I am waiting nearly a year for the payout of a policy i took out in 2009! But they keep passing me to a different officer who is asking me to submit the same documents i submitted nearly a year ago. Every response is from a different person. It is ridiculous, un professional and never experienced anything similar.

Cash back not received

I have bought my ipad 7th generation with hdfc bank debit card on 27/10/2019 in reliance digital dombivli, Mumbai. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 2500 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 240 days. I have asked in reliance digital, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

it feels inconvenient to have an account

I had a salary account with hdfc bank. When i left my job. I had to settle back in my hometown due to personal reasons and called customer care in regard of closing my account but they were not able to help because this account have non-maintenance charges of rs. -7139.07 as of now.

I cannot visit home branch because my current condition does not allow me to do so. I can only visit local branch and they are asking me to get...

otp issue for nri mobile number

I am nri banking customer and have registered my canadian mobile number for receiving otp for any financial transactions. But since last month or so i am having hard time receiving otp to my canadian mobile number. This has happened time to time and its really inconvenient this time as i have to make some emergency trasactions....
