Recently i open an hdfc account and after someday they take a charge of rs 885 for issuing the debit card. As i read in net, hdfc doesn't take charge for issuing the debit card, but i don't know why they debit the money its pointless...

I have a saving account in hdfc account also a loan account 50550154. I am paying the emi however there is a lien on account. When i talked to bank official, he could not explain the lien reason. I have been trying to pre close the loans and emis on my credit card for past month now. Everytime i call customer care all i get to hear is we do not have update to pre-close the loans and emi due to moratorium i have taken for two months. I was able to preclose in citi bank. Why not in hdfc??...

I had loan in kotaq mahindra bank, but emi is debit in hdfc bank. During covid times, i opted for moratorium in kotaq bank. Due to lack of manpower in kotaq bank, my loan moratorium is not approved on time. They presented emi for 3 times in month (April 1 time, june-july-august 3 time each) total of 10 times..
