pls refund my ach debit return charges

My salary account in hdfc bank but april month to may 590 rs debit 4 time narration ach auto debit return charges why are you debit this charge my emi bounce but rbi guidance 3 month relif covid 19 and this really rubbish bank my situation very low till time and am not pay ach debit return charges without any action pls i request to refund this amount...

iphone 11 cashback not received

I have a complaint against my purchase on debit card. I purchased an iphone 11 on 2nd december and i was promised a cash back of inr 6000 after 120 days from the last day of december. It’s been 123 days and i still have not received the cash back.

This is not the kind of service that i expect from hdfc bank, the customer care is not supporting me in any ways, they are just registering complaints for against or loss of cards.br...

debit card emi deduction of rs 0 forced without consent

Hi, on 5th of every month, an amount of 9971.32 gets debited, but this time the message came that rs 0 will be debited and i do not want this. I want to pay the emi so that i donnt have to pay extra charges.

Please do not force the moratorium on consumers. Customer care says we are only giving moratorium, not option out of it in consumer durable section. Why is thie shady practice being acrried out by hdfc?

cashback of 6000 not received yet for purchase of iphone 11

I Have purchased iPhone 11 dated 18th January, 2020 from a store in Chandigarh under the Cashback offer of Rs. 6000 on my HDFC Credit Card( No EMI). Its about more than 90 days and the Cashback has not been credited to my account. Please resolve my issue.

Sir,
As i have applied for moratorium scheme in my hdfc educational loan before due date and the loan number is 36793727. Then why should they hit my account for this ecsrtnchg charges.. I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 15/12/2019 from reliance store in vaishali, ghaziabad. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Kindly check and do the needful. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

hdfc cashback not received on purchasing iphone 11

I purchased an iphone 11 with my hdfc debit card because it said there was a running offer which would give me a cash back on the purchase of iphone 11 and its already 120 days but i haven't received my cash back. The bank when called refused to solve the problem. I got my phone on 4th jan 2020 from a store called mobile planet in mumbai. Because of the covid situation i am unable to go to the bank too. The bank isn't accepting any calls...

I bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 23/12/2019 at reliance digital, vashi, navi mumbai 400703.
