cancellation of one assist membership

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8217 without my concern on date:04/10/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-...

But the card status is showing as inactive. Can you please close my credit card as noc and closed.
It is showing negative impact in my credit status as it is inactive. It will be helpful to improve my credit score.

charges of 885 rupees from my bank account

On 5th october 2019 i had by mistaken transferred rs10, 000 to my friend hdfc credit card which is deactivated long back. I was supposed to transfer in his hdfc saving a/c.
I called hdfc phone banking to inform about this transaction. First i got answers i have to ask my friend to call hdfc credit card department about this then they will raise dd on his name.

refund not processed by bank

I am not able to see or find the amount refunded by paytm mall website against the amount of 71000/- spent on 3-Oct 2019. I have cancelled the online order on 7-Oct 2019 (before delivery) and got a message form HDFC bank (screenshot attached) mentioning the reversal. Secondly, as the amount was supposed to be returned as EMI therefore I have been charged the EMI in my current cc bill statement.

net banking

I'm trying to reset my net banking password (Ipin), by choosing otp sent to my registered email id and phone number option.
I could get otp on my mobile number but not on my email id, on this email id i'm receiving all other emails from hdfc bank like email statements only otp is not being sent.
Because of this, i'm unable to make any transactions from a while, and at the moment i can not use phone number+debit card option as...

fastag closure, no refund

Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.
