not receiving otp

Hi, i have updated my uk number in my bank account a few months ago, and i have been getting all the opts instantly on that number, but i am not getting them anymore. It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.
I didn't get an otp a day before then it worked yesterday, and now it stopped working again. I am trying to do a payment online and i am not able to receive an otp now. This is very annoying and frustrating.

3rd party cash transaction tax

I didn't make lump transactions. but I had lost Rs 166 and Rs 177 from my account.

i request you to refund these unnecessary charges to my account back and make sure these actions will not repeat again. If any mistakes from my side, please let me know.

My home branch is in roorkee, i have opened my ppf account by online dated 29/09/2019 and it has been opened after 24 hr, when i have checked the status of my ppf account it has been opened but my branch shows as anna nagar i, since m from roorkee how it opened from anna nagar without my concern, unable to understand how it is possible, now please suggest further action....

they are charging credit card extra and debiting it forcefully from my account

Hi,

I took hdfc credit card in july 2018 and as per they there is no annual charges of that. After that they charge me 1000 rs by saying its annual charges, then they again charged 1000 rs in july as card renewal charges. Then i closed my card and denied renewing the card. They agreed to cancel and remove the charges.
Now they are auto debiting the amount from my bank account and giving me slangs you have to.

credit card overpayment refund issue.

I accidentally over paid my credit card bill amount.
After I realized that, i tried to immediately reach them.

But by any means I could not contact HDFC representative. I did not get any options to talk to phone banking person in their IVRS system.
I sent e-mail..no response.

My last hope is to visit branch....

money deducted without otp

This is to give in your kind notice that there is a fraud transaction of rs.24000 from my hdfc bank account to a paytm account paytm3024646 which i have not done i want to refund my money back. The bank says that i have received otps for the transaction but there is no otps received by the bank. They are not refunding my money. I am not able to manage my expenses and in short of money. I have swiped my HDFC food card on 20-SEP-2019 at DMART, Rs. 1400/- has debited from card but transaction was failed and not yet refunded.

But there I was charged at a wrong amount of Rs. 1008 but when the mistake was caught, the marchant generated a void sale of same amount and gave it to me. emi return charges

I have HDFC Salary Account and Taken personal loan from hdfc bank on 2017. i paid every month EMI of Rs.2009/- but Last Month it got Bounced due to insufficient Funds. I have paid the EMI on the same date with penality of 649/-. Today Bank has been charged me Amount of Rs.238/-for the check Returned. what is this charges and why bank behaving this type of movement to the Account Holder from 2014/-...

hdfc fastag

I applied for a fastag through hdfc bank on the 15th of october 2019. I made my payment thru my hdfc credit card card. After ater 2 days they issued the wallet id and customer id, but they didnot sent the physical fastag yet. I was told to wait for 15 days. After 15 days i contacted their representative to check on the same, but they have no clue about the issue.
After that daily i am calling them to check the status but no resolution...

imps timed out at beneficiary bank

I did an imps on 1st october, 2019 from my hdfc to kotak bank for rs 30k. The money got deducted from my account but recepient has not received it.

The transaction status is suspicious on hdfc netbanking portal and also the sms received says "transaction timed out"

Had tried speaking to customer care at hdfc and he said the payment will get reversed in 3 days. It was an urgent payment and the purpose of imps...
