not satisfactory work

Dear team

This is to inform you that I had submitted my car Hyundai grand i10 in PAWAN HYUNDAI ghaziabad for car claim but they did not done good work .

Because my car engine is doing more heat because of coolant leakage and I told already that engine support may be damage but they should check for any other damage but they could not perform their duty with honesty

Now I am very disappointed...

Issue : i'm currently residing in hyderabad but my permanent address is in visakhapatnam, hence i bought the vehicle from vizag. Now the issue is i bought it on 26th august at 8:30pm and i drove it on the next day on astraight highway...

grand i10 engine block complaint in 26000 km

I have owned a 2014 model grand i10, last month i have done 26000km. I have properly completed all the my services from authorized service center of hyundai.
After my last paid service i have noticed that my cars engine coolant level is going down after each ride. And i always used to top up coolant level each time. I noticed that this coolant is coming out from the engine case. And i went to the showroom and told about this complaint....

hyundai car i20 steering motor

faulty power steering for hyundai eon

creta sx gear jam and clutch assembly worn out (17 months)

I purchased creta sx 17 months. My last free service was done at 19000 Kms in March 2019. Yesterday when i was driving the car suddenly gear assembly jammed in the middle of the road luckily the road was empty. I pulled the car to side and switched off/on the engine it seemed to be working fine and I started to realise that there was some clutch issue not taking the acceleration even after changing the gear. I switched off/on and it worked....

To my surprise no body from hyundai responded to my call. And finally waiting after two hour with family on highway, i have called local garage person to tow the vehicle... And we booked a cab and reached home..
