Hi, we order a cake in indiacakes via online.in the website it is been mentioned like free delivery charges across india.

After the order is placed, we chat with customer care staff to enquire about the delivery time.

They asked us to pay extra 100 rupees for divery and we paid extra 100. No proper response from them.

I placed an order by 11 pm for a midnight delivery and the system allowed me to place an order. But the order was not sent, next day wen i called up, they said we don't take orders beyond 10pm and the order can be sent only by 3pm following day. I explained them the purpose of ordering and later asked for a refund.. They told me that i will not be getting a full refund and its my mistake to order it after 10 pm and they are not responsible if the system allows us to orde beyond timeline.

I have ordered the cake on 19th of Aug and paid the money but it was not deleivered I have asked them in support and in call many times but no one is responding to the call, They have cheated my money.They have mentioned it is free delivery now they are asking to pay more 200 Rs, I have sent a mail to [protected]@indiacakes.com but no response from them.

Ordered cake of rupees 1190 on 13th August and order was suppose to be delivered on 14th August by 6PM. But it was not delivered as well as inspite of several follow ups didn't get any reply either from the e comm Customer Service or from the tied up vendor . Moreover there is no proper update of the order in the e comm site. It's hard to get in touch with customer support as the number provided was unreachable.raised a refund request as well for the undelivered order. but still haven't get back money money. Totally fraud company. Don't know how come this doesn't come into the eyes of co sumer forum

I had placed an order with indiacakes.com from canada and the cake was to shipped to punjab, india. The devilery date was 15 august 2019 but still didn't delivered till today. Whenever i talk to their customer service they always say that your order will be delivered today. It is scheduled today.in indian rupeees i paid 1800 rupees. They are big fraudulent of money. When i told them to refund my money they didn't respond.

I ordered cake for my brother birthday from indiacakes.com. The delivery date was 15th aug. They also charged me another rs 150 for the as soon as possible delivery on 15th aug. When i called the customer care, they said that they will deliver my product till 7pm same day. Now it is 17th aug, neither they delivered the product nor they are picking my phone to return my money.

Please take action against these fraud companies who steal hard earned money of people and play with person emotions on birthday occasion in family also.

Before ordering cake from indiacake i had confirmed by calling to customer service whether they can deliver cake to my required place. They said yes. I ordered cake and amount got deducted. It was written before 7pm it will get delivered but when i called them just 20 mins before end time i. E 7pm and they denied to deliver the cake. They didn't even informed me that they are not able to deliver cake to my required address. I had mailed them twice and called so me tyms but didn't got any reply back. I had ordered it before 24 hrs but what kind of responsibility they have. Do not even felt to inform the customer that order cannot be delivered. Very disappointed from your service. They cheat as the cake shown on site and what was delivered was totally different. They also charged 4000 rs for that and it is worth not even 100 rs. No one should buy from them as they are fraudster of highest order as they play with people emotions and earn crores. They should be booked for forgery. They also asked the receiver to come and pickup from there location. Cake was hard and made of some bad material and also the message supposed to be written was also not there on the cake. They also don’t allow anyone to put a review with less stars on their site and remove themselves. They are not letting people know their truth. Very very very unsatisfactory

They response that unable to deliver today, will deliver tomorrow.
I told them, If you people are unable to deliver on the same day then why u took the orders,
Its my parents anniversary today, u people are saying u will deliver it tomorrow, would u like us to celebrate the anniversary tomorrow?
How disgusting.
Please refund the my full amount to paytm and cancel the order if you are unable to deliver today only, but they haven't refunded my any amount, stopped replying me, when call customer care, the dropped my call every times.
what to do with the cake next day its useless, at least if they are unable to deliver, they should refund my full amount.

My order no. Is 221330 I have ordered flowers for my friend in rajpura at 6pm. The site of the company allowed me to select today's date fr delivery and I selected the same. While taking money the site was so quick, within few minutes dey processed the payment but now only 2hrs left in end f d day but no flower has been received yet and when 1hr back I had a word with their executive on call, she was being rude and said we will try to deliver it today otherwise tomorrow we will deliver, the fact is today was her birthday nit tomorrow when you people cannot deliver the item on the same day, then why the hell you have permitted people to select the same day. This is a fraud that in hurry you processed the money but regarding delivery you people have no idea. Such pathetic service. Kindly process my refund Asap. As I am myself an advocates and such type f bad services will be taken strictly from my side

I have planed a surprise for my parents on their anniversary. But your not delivery of cake spoilt our plan. I have paid rs 200 extra for midnight delivery. But now it’s 12:35 p. M. I have not received my order till now. The wrost thing is that there is no communication regarding my order.
This type unprofessional service i can't tolerate. Due to this i'm feeling very shamefull infornt of my family members.

I placed an order and made payment for half kg chocolate truffle cake for 29th may 2019 through their website (www.indiacakes.com). on 29th may morning i confirmed the order with a support executive of theirs and they guaranteed the cake would be delivered prior 7:00 -7:30pm that day.

Then later the very same day at 4:30pm 29th may i am getting an email saying only 1 kg cakes are available and that i have to pay rs.499 extra for the extra 1/2kg. But if this was the case, this should have been informed to me prior to placing the order or at least prior to making the payment. Certainly not at 4:30pm, asking me to pay an extra of rs.499 for a cake that should be delivered at 7:00-7:30pm, they left me with no option. I didn't want to pay extra for something that i don't want.

Then i tried chatting with the support executive, they were of no use, whatever i asked they just said pay extra. Then i send a mail asking them to the do the needful.

This is the substitution policy given by them, substitution policy : if any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address, it may be substituted with next best available flavor, color, shape, size. I asked them substitute with any cake available. They wouldn’t agree, they were just adamant on making me pay extra.

Since i understand it was not a deliberate mistake, i called on [protected] to discuss and find a solution. But the lady who answered the call was extremely rude. She was screaming at me even though it was their fault. She screamed at me saying i can't cut a 1kg cake and make it half and give you. She told me i should call first and confirm the availability of the cake and after that place the order. Why do they even have online ordering option then? Doesn’t make sense. I kept telling her this cake is for my dad’s birthday, please do something or at least give me a refund, she said no refund possible. Whatever i asked, they kept on repeating the same phrase “pay extra”. Then she just cut the call saying we saw your mail, we will reply. They have no professionalism or respect for their customers.

I haven’t got a mail reply still, nor was i able to gift cake to dad on his birthday. I have been sending cakes to my parents for years from other websites, never have i faced such a problem. First time i used indiacakes for a change and it was the worst experience ever. Very unprofessional and very rude. Never ever order from them unless you want to regret and spoil the special day of your loved ones.

I ordered a cake on 6 May. On 8 May when I called for the status I was told that extra delivery charges will be levied. I paid that also. Still the order was not delivered. Further customer Care staff is very rude and do not solve the problem and say u can mail the issue. Refund has not been cleared even after 15 days. Mails are not replied properly and staff cut the calls in between.

My order number [protected] was given on 8 th may.. They said they will deliver till 8. Pm. After paying my order didn't reach the place and even after trying to contact i was not able to contact and no one was picking up the phone. On 12 th may someone picked up the phone and told me that they are not able to deliver because that address is out of service station and told me that they had cancelled the order and didn't even inform me. Then i got a email saying that i will get my refund in 10 days but till now i did not get refund. And i suppose they have blocked me because i am not able to contact them.

I had booked a cake for my nephew, who stays in goa, on 11 may 2019 after searching on google for "online cake deliveries". I found the site (M. Indiacakes.com) and paid rs.635 after selecting the cake and giving all details required. I got a confirmation email saying that the order is processed and that the cake will be delivered on 12 may 2019. However, the cake wasn't delivered till today, i. E. 13 may 2019. Repeated calls to the call centre went unanswered. Also the multiple emails sent to them were ignored. Later, when i checked their facebook page, it emerged that they have cheated many people in the same way.

You people run an organization or kitana shop. I have ordered cake today morning @ 10.11am after that i had called up at your call center for delivery status. Call center exe told me that it will get delivered before 8 pm but same was not delivered.

I just checked below mail since i was in flight. Do you know importance of birthday and people emotions. Its very hurting that cake was not delivered.

Why it was not told to me after placing the order that you are not able to deliver since place is far or you need extra money to deliver it? Sangli city was available in your delivery available list and let me tell you that given address is in heart of the city. Nobody bothered to call me or on given number.

I am going to escalate this matter to your higher authorities and in social media as well. Let people know your third class services. You have ruined my wife's birthday and surely you will heavily pay for it.

If possible i will go into legal too. Tomorrow i am going to discuss this matter with my lawyer. I know i am going to spend lots of money on this. But sometimes money doesn't matter against the emotions.

I order a cake under order number[protected] with India cakes. The delivery was supposed to be today 13/05/2019. I made a call to check on status first it was difficult to reach finally after many attempts I was able to reach on their customer care number[protected]. As per the advisor I am suppose to pay the delivery charge and payment link will be shared shortly. I first argued the fact that it was not told to me or communicated to me earlier. For me delivery was priority so I agreed and said ok send me link will pay. But unfortunately no body responded. I checked their Facebook page and saw many people encountered same issue with the above ecommerce company (https://www.facebook.com/IndiaCakes/).

I placed an order for half kg choco truffle cake at 19:40 on 24th april. I paid extra ₹150 for quick delivery. The total amount ₹745 has been deducted from my account and i have not received any order number or confirmation call/mail/message, even though i entered all my account details. This is extremely unprofessional on india cakes' behalf as i wanted the cake urgently and i have not even received a confirmation!!! Very bad service. I feel like i've been duped! I want my full refund asap. Never ordering from here again.

Yesterday evening i ordered a cake at 6:14pm and till now it's not reached the mentioned address in the order. I'm very much disappointed by your service. Shame on you, fraud/ scammer company. I'm calling customer support, they are disconnecting the call. After getting the money, customers are nothing for you and not even bothered about them.

I have ordered a cake from indiacakes.com, they have not delivered my cake and even not picking my phone. They don't have any sense and they are wasting customers money and time. I want my money back.
I am trying to contact them but they are putting my calls on hold. I have even paid extra money for delivery still they have not delivered it to the address
