We are the customer if we are don't know anything, that is not important to abuse customer in badly manner, i am always going by flight - bangalore to kolkatta or ranchi every times in indigo.
Few days ago banglore airport, i ticket is bangalore to kolkatta, plane - indigo, after reaching the counter nearby no -18, the sound is coming suddenly very loudly manner by the indigo counter no 17, 18, 19, and 20, all counter lady is there conter no 17 lady is abusing very bad langauge to the passenger in front of me, after that, all lady counter like 17, 18, 19 and 20, all ladies not any (Male is not involved), all ladies are abusing very fithy language to passenger in very bad manner, i passeneger lady having only 2 kg more in laggage the lady counter no - 17, 18, 19, and 20, they took more then 15 thousand rupees from so many passenger,
I am asking you what kind of services this was they are cheap kind of lady behavior abusing any passenger and asking any amount from passenger, then all ladies having in group and forcingly asking money to passenger in very bad manner and harassing also.
Counter no 17 lady is shouting like anything, the matter i am discussing about ingigo counter (Bangalore to kolkata)
I am analyst i am always coming by fight only, and this is not a first times indigo (Females are need some politeness and behavior also).
Why should females are asking so much money without any reason from passenger, tell me first? Passenger are not # they gave respect to female its doesn't mean they are creating anything about any male and mentioning i am calling to police if they are not gave to money.
I am already make a complaint about counter no 17, 18, 19, and 20 counter - ingigo (Bangalore to kolkata) to the nearest police station, this is 17th times females counter is always behaving very bad to any passenger.
