Hi team,

I have booked 3 flights recently from ixigo. But when i am trying to do new cash back claim tool in not picking back date booking and departure date. Its only taking 1 week date. This is really not acceptable. I need my cash back.

    I have been using ixigo app for long time, whenever i open the app for flight booking the dates are showing for upcoming months instead of the recent days. So everytime i have to change month for bookin. On 19th aug 17 i booked 2 way tickets but instead of that my booking was done for 19 th sept 17. This is all due to the app. I have got serious loss of my money and i have to cancel and rebooked it again via ixigo. So ixigo team plz take this as serious issue and provide compensation or better solution for my problem.

However, as we check, our team had already shared the booking logs with you, where in the date selected while booking was 19th Sep and ticket was issued for the same. The date showing in the app is according to your recent searches and as we had informed you, all your recent searches were done for September month. Your service provider Cleartrip had also waived off their cancellation fee for this booking. We seek your understanding in this regard.

        I booked a flight ticket in ixigo with pnr afrtgk.. The flight was rescheduled to unfavorable timing.. I was assured by indigo for cancellation with full refund..

        I have cancelled the tickets before a week and indigo says that therefund was credited to ixigo.. How can i get it back.. How long it will take.. How it will be given to me.. Please help me regarding this

        I booked a flight ticket in ixigo with PNR YZVXZ.. The flight was rescheduled by airline and I was assured by Air India for cancellation with full refund.
        I also got the message of full refund from airindia and sastiticket.

        Ixigo booked ticket via sastiticket.com and they said refund will be credited to ixigo.. How can i get it back.. How long it will take.. How it will be given to me.. Please help me regarding this

          Hi i booked a flight ticket from ixigo for 15th july 2017 scheduled at 6.15am from mumbai to bangalore. Pnr for the flight is sh9m56, but when i tried to web check in today it shows me an error that 'could not find the pnr neither the booking id'. When i tried calling customer care number number of ixigo it isn't valid. Please help me out as i need to reach bangalore urgently

            I book a flight through ixigo.com. My flight is of go air g8-347 on 05 jul'17 from jai to bom. I got a message from vm-go airl that dear smart flyer! Go air would like to inform you that your flight g8-347 on 05jul'17 from jai to bom has been cancelled. Could you please confirm whether we will get any other flight in place of cancelled one. I have to tried to call on customer care services but no response.

              I tried to book a flight ticket through ixigo.com on 20th june, 2017 for a round trip from "hyderabad" to "mumbai" and return worth rs. 3234/-. For this money got deducted from my hdfc bank savings account but ticket was not booked and got no information related to this.
              I want my money back or the ticket. I am fed up of trying to contact ixigo as they don't have any details.

                Sir i have checked different flights.. I am 1st user of ixigo so there was 600 rupees cahback on flight booking.. I was just checking the net price.. I went to upto last stage but dont make any payment.. Now when i m paying for my flight booking it is not givibg me 600 cashback they showed a message that u had already used it.. Though i didn't,.. So please do somthing in this case as soon as poosible

                I booked 2 bus ticket by ixigo Jodhpur to Kota on 22nd Amount RS 1174/ deducted 2 times but nither seat boooked nor refund received in my SBI bank account till yet.I complaint to bank they say we have not received any refund from marchant Pilani soft lab /ixigo kindly do needful.

                  We booked a ticket by online with himachal holidays Volvo bus and my pnr no GB6H2NX, and my seat no's are 21 to 25. Bus no is 6016. Here we are wait and approach the bus and sat our seats. But the bus in charge had come and command to get down us. And our luggage through out of the bus. Because the bus seats are double booked it means by online same seat No's are given to us and another passengers and he behave with us very bad language and rudely...at least we contact ixigo contact no [protected] and he cat respond. At least we contact him and tell the problem but no use. Pls take action properly and do justice to us. Otherwise we go to consumer court or CRO.

                  I have booked train ticket via ixigo which I want to cancel but not able to cancel,
                  please help me out with this, I would really appreciate.
                  I was trying to book a round trip from Delhi to Ahmadabad. The flight search always shows a lesser price and once i am on the booking page it shows increased price.

                  I tried doing search again but all the time same, its very inconvenient to use.

                      I booked a flight from Chennai to Mumbai for 21st Sept, 2017. Time - 6:45am. PNR AYEL5J. I booked this from ixigo app which further redirected me to the yatra.com website
                      However i want to cancel the same and want to know how much refund will I get. But i am unable to do so.
                      Ixigo should have an option to cancel the flight as well, if it is being used for booking one. Why should one keep wandering from one website to another...

                      I have booked a flight ticket on ixigo the money was deducted from my SBI NETBANKING but i dint receive the ticket. I tried calling up ixigo and yatra.com but i dont receive any help. I even mailed to them but they are least bothered. I want to take serious action against their service immediately. I had to waste a lot of time of mine due to the irresponsibility of ixigo and yatra.com.                       I've booked a flight from Pune to Jaipur scheduled 7 June. At first the payment processing failed, but the amount of Rs 3953 is deducted from my SBI account. Secondly, ticket is confirmed, and again same amount is deducted. Please refund my amount back.

                          I have booked a flight ticket on ixigo the money was deducted from my axis bank debit card but i dint receive the ticket. I tried calling up ixigo and musafir.com but i dont receive any help. I even mailed to them but they are least bothered. I want to take serious action against their service immediately. I had to waste a lot of time of mine due to the irresponsibility of ixigo and musafir. One person from actually contacted once just for name sake and now i guess they just simply forgot about me.

                            I have booked a flight ticket through ixigo.com(musafir) on 28th October, 2016 .With more accurate words i would say I tried to book the ticket for "Patna" to "Mumbai" worth Rs. 9465 for which the money got deducted from my Icici bank credit card but ticket was not booked.And since that time I am trying contacting "musafir" for the refund of my money but they are not replying. I have tried calling them for atleast 100 times but they are not responding.Meanwhile, I have also contacted ixigo.com for the help and they have sent an email to musafir keeping me in CC. But I am not getting any response from musafir.I want my money back.I am fed up of contacting ixigo and musafir.

                              Hi, i have made a booking indigo flight ticket, flight no-6e544, pnr-d74d8c, journey date[protected], through ixigo. on dated 26-09-16 but i don't receive the cashback which they are commited rs 750/- but after next day they denied for cash back and saying you don't have made the booking through ixigo. even i have the screenshots for the same. they are just cheating on us, ixigo is really fraud comonay, shame on you ixigo

                                I have been a loyal Ixigo customer for years and have been using it as preferred platform for booking flights.

                                Since 3 Sept 2015, I have cumulatively earned rs. 3300 as cashbacks (via 6 flight tickets). I had been patiently awaiting the numbers to add up to a bigger value so that I can use it in a meaningful way (ex. book another trip) and that my money is safe in their wallet - Citrus.

                                However, I observed today that they have moved from Citrus Wallet to Udio wallet and my money is nowhere. I also see a fine print on the ixigo cashback page "Note: Your cashback will have a validity of 30 days from the credit date. Please use it within this period to avoid expiration."

                                I am trying to contact ixigo - via mail and phone but haven't received any response. I want my hard earned money. Worse still, I have been their loyal customer for years - how could they betray the trust?

                                I booked my flight ticket from Mumbai to Chennai on 27th August. There was a Cashback amount of 600 rs but I haven't got any Cashback. Do refund my money ASAP.
                                I have booked my ticker with Ixigo for a flight. It says cashback of 600 credited to CITRUS wallet, but Citrus wallet shows ZERO balance.

                                This is biggest fraud and cheating. PayTm is the best.

                                  I was trying to book a return flight ticket from indore to new delhi on ixigo.com through payment gateway ccavenue.com on 21/09/2016. An amount of rs.8618 was deducted from my axis savings bank savings account (Via netbanking) but the transaction did not take place.

                                    I have booked 2 flight tickets through ixigo.com some days ago and by this time i should have received the cashback that was applicable to my tickets.
                                    Yes, as i emailed to ixigo.com(because they have not provided any direct contact number anywhere ) about it, they said that the cashback has been credited to your account.I said ok, but my problem is that i am not able to login to the account in which the cashback is credited(CITRUS WALLET) because to login to that account i need to type a verification OTP that i will recieve on my number, and that is not possible because i was not using that sim for a long time and it is deactivated.And even after sending repeated emails to [protected]@ixigo.com, they have replied after 5 days and that too with an irrelevant response.And after that also, i emailed them again yesterday and they haven't replied to it too till now.

                                    just after login a complaint in consumer forum they resolved the issue and asked me to take the complaint back. thank you because they resolved the issue

                                      For dis booking my paid 5300 and ixigo fare was 3400. They told me that 1900 would b refunded but more than 1 month is gone nothing done by mr sajan. Big fraud company. His contact no is [protected]
